This is honestly one of the most comfortable and pleasant design companies I’ve experienced in Singapore 🤍 T’Only has a beautiful mid-century style, and the moment you step in, you can really feel the warmth and character of the space — not the typical hard-sell kind of design firm. The boss is extremely friendly and genuine 😊 Most importantly, he is very patient. He took the time to carefully explain every material, including the differences, pros and cons, without rushing us to make decisions. It truly felt like he was advising from a client’s perspective, not just trying to close a deal. I would also like to specially mention their Senior Interior Designer Shawn ✨ They are professional, detail-oriented, and incredibly patient. From space planning to practical, day-to-day living considerations, they give honest and thoughtful advice, and won’t overpromise things that don’t make sense. Overall, the communication throughout the process was smooth and reassuring 👍 It really gives you peace of mind to entrust your home to them. We had the pleasure of working with Nick as our senior designer during the initial stages of our renovation planning, and while we eventually decided to proceed with another company due to personal constraints, I wanted to take a moment to genuinely acknowledge his efforts and professionalism. Nick was thoughtful, patient, and consistently generous with his ideas. He put in considerable time into the floor plans and took the effort to walk us through his vision during calls and video discussions, which we truly appreciated. His design sensibility and willingness to engage in back-and-forth discussions made the process collaborative and respectful. Shawn was my ID for my BTO at Tengah, and safe to say my home was in extremely good hands. He understood my husband and my needs, we wanted functionality, aesthetics and durability. Mixing bauhaus with eclectic and mid century modern was not easy but he managed to do an extremely great job with my crib! He completed my home within 2 months and we really loved the outlook and design. Would 100% recommend him to homeowners.
