I had a wonderful 👣 massage experience. The therapist applied the perfect amount of pressure and worked thoroughly on the pressure points, which helped ease the soreness in my feet. The environment was clean, quiet, and relaxing. After the session, my 👣 felt incredibly light and refreshed. Highly recommended for anyone needing a quick stress relief.

I booked my massage today at 6:45 PM but arrived around 15 minutes late. Before booking, I already told them I might be slightly late. Usually, most shops allow a short grace period, but when I arrived, my booking was already cancelled. The lady at the reception was not understanding — she said I could still do the massage without wrapping but would need to pay the full price. . During my first session, the Saturday receptionist and therapist #32 were very professional and did an excellent job. That session was really good. I hope the shop can be more understanding and maintain the same good service quality as before.

I booked a 60 mins foot reflexology and 20 min neck and shoulder. Highly recommend Ah Heng at Tang Shan TCM & Massage, City Square Mall. His massage skills are outstanding, and his friendly, professional manner makes a great experience. I feel so relaxed and light now. Will sure look for him again.

1 star for the receptionist especially the male. He was extremely rude. When I asked for clarification on whether gua sha and ba guan were charged separately or together, he kept brushing off my question, rushed me to make payment, and attended to another customer instead. He repeatedly said they charge whatever the therapist said was done, but he did not answer my question. They even called earlier and accused me of double-booking, insisting that I had a reservation later in the afternoon even though I told them I didn't. This is so unprofessional. The other receptionist also looked very confused when questions were asked. I’ve been coming here since 2019, and honestly, if not for the therapist, I would have gone elsewhere. Please train your receptionist well and improve your customer service.

I had been a regular customer to tang Shan and I would say zi Jie (tuina therapist) was truly remarkable, as I had done a cervical spine surgery 10 years ago and on my neck and shoulder condition is quite severe 1.5 years back and sincerely ZI JIE manage to help me get the tension in my neck resolved and I m so much better which I am truly grateful to her. Without her professionlism and how she tailored the treatment to my specific needs I wouldn't have recovered so well. Sincere feedback from my point of view. What truly impress me was how she is able to manage the pressure point she used were just ON POINT! No other massages out there can be any better then Zi Jie, she is really awesome and her service, politeness and how she take care of her regular customer truly impress me! Sincerely would recommend Zi Jie if anyone need someone professional to help with your pain relief especially those after having Cervical spine surgery. She definitely deserve to be recognize as she is truly a very responsible and reliable tui na therapist . had been a regular customer to tang Shan and I would say Zi Jie (tuina therapist) was truly remarkable.

How much does Tang Shan TCM Healthcare charge per session?

TCM consultation fees in Singapore typically run S$30–80 for an initial session, with follow-up acupuncture or tuina sessions ranging from S$40–120 depending on treatment duration and the practitioner's seniority. Herbal medicine is usually billed separately — expect S$20–60 per prescription depending on the formula and quantity dispensed. Cancellation and no-show policies vary; clarify these before booking your first appointment. See the full TCM cost guide for Singapore →

Do I need a referral or assessment before visiting Tang Shan TCM Healthcare?

No GP referral is required to book a TCM consultation in Singapore — you can contact Tang Shan TCM Healthcare directly by phone or via the enquiry form. At your first visit, expect to complete an intake form covering your medical history, current medications, and the primary concern you wish to address. The practitioner will conduct a tongue and pulse assessment as part of the TCM diagnostic process. If you have an underlying medical condition or are on prescription medication, informing the TCM practitioner is important, as some herbal formulas interact with pharmaceutical drugs. For complex or serious conditions, a GP referral letter can also support an insurance claim if your Integrated Shield Plan or employer benefits cover TCM treatment.

Is the practitioner at Tang Shan TCM Healthcare licensed?

In Singapore, TCM practitioners — including acupuncturists and dispensing herbalists — must be registered with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) under the Ministry of Health. Registration is verifiable on the TCMPB public register at moh.gov.sg. The clinic's licence to operate as a TCM Centre is issued separately by MOH. No regulatory licences have been listed for Tang Shan TCM Healthcare in the current data. Before attending, ask the clinic for the consulting practitioner's TCMPB registration number and verify it on the public register. Practising without TCMPB registration is an offence under the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Act. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
