When planning your event at Tee Side Chalet Singapore, the first step is to confirm capacity for your specific event format — standing cocktail, banquet round-table, or theatre seating — as cocktail configurations typically accommodate 1.5 to 2 times the banquet seated count. You will want to clarify the food and beverage policy: whether catering is in-house, whether an external caterer is permitted (and whether a corkage fee applies), and whether there is an approved-caterer list to work from. Check what audio-visual equipment is included in the package — PA system, projector, screen, and microphones — and confirm the aircon hours, noise curfew, and setup and teardown access windows, as these are often outside the core rented period. Parking arrangements and accessibility, including lift access and accessible facilities, are worth confirming given the Pasir Ris location. If alcohol is being served, check whether the venue holds a Liquor Licence or requires you to arrange separately.
Contact Tee Side Chalet Singapore via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to confirm your event date, headcount, and layout requirements, and arrange a site recce before paying any deposit.
Do a site recce, confirm capacity for your specific event format (cocktail / banquet / theatre), and put the F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup/teardown access, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying the deposit.
Stayed at Teeside Chalet for 1 night to celebrate my son’s birthday in the superior bungalow. For the price? The bungalow is incredibly spacious. It had 4 rooms with 7 single beds and 2 queen-size beds (formed by joining 2 single beds). Check-in was easy with a door pin code. They provided plates and cups but no cutlery, which was fine for us. There were also 2 dining tables with 6 chairs each. The bungalow had a fresh, newly renovated feel with the smell of parquet and new wardrobes. The only problem was that it was too cold at night, and the blanket was a little small. Maybe they can provide thicker blankets. Overall, it was a great experience for the price. Definitely would stay here again in the future and recommend it to my friends. Can refer to the pics. Pictures taken after the celebration.
The bungalow is big and spacious. Good for hosting events and celebrations. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Air cons are brand new and prettily cold at night especially raining day. Suggest to improve the bedding (mattresses and blankets are too thin) and have designated stage/board for decorations such as birthday celebrations.
Teeside Chalet is very spacious and ideal for gatherings with a large crowd. With 13 beds, it offers a comfortable stay for everyone. I’ve had many chalet experiences, and this one truly stands out. You can enjoy a BBQ right in front of your unit while watching TV inside—great for relaxing and entertaining at the same time. Each bedroom and the living area are air-conditioned, which helps keep the whole house cool even on hot days. Teeside Chalet also pays attention to the little details. They provide hand soap, shower gel, dish detergent, air dryer, a mop and pail, broom and dustpan, etc —everything you might need for a comfortable and convenient stay. There are also rental services available for extra tables and mahjong sets, saving you the trouble of bringing your own. The only downside is that it’s not elderly-friendly, as all four bedrooms are located on the second floor. It would also be great if they could offer complimentary parking for at least one vehicle. Always have backup plan for wet weather as the BBQ pits area can flood. Overall, a wonderful experience—highly recommended!
Had a wonderful experience at the chalet. Unit was huge. Enough to fit my extended families. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only downside was the location and the rooms. The nearest shop or supermarket was about a 5 mins drive out. The other thing was the bed. Can feel the springs when i laid down. Other than that we had a great time. Will definitely book for another stay in the future. Forgot abt the prawing experience. It was so much fun.
The person is very rundown and very poor maintenance. Then when you check in the collect deposit and when you check out they’ll find excuses to forfeit your deposit you pay $200 for the sheet pay another 220 deposit and get it for end of the day, it’s $400 for a night day, very very expensive a lot of hidden terms that will get you deposit forfeited. My deposit was forfeited because the place is dirty. I mean, which shall you stay at the place and then claim at the place is very dirty not at a stayable condition, initially then we book we are supposed to clear our own rubbish. We paid for the service to use the location and also the rubbish have to throw it. We will ask to clear the rubbish and clean up the location before we leave before take care refund our deposit, but they did not tell you when you were checking out until the next day. When I asked for the refund they say that return condition is not good condition therefore they are not allowed to refund our deposit

Tee Side Chalet Singapore uses a package pricing model, indicated at the mid-range tier. Singapore venue rental norms for function rooms and chalet-style spaces typically run S$100–500 per hour with a 2–4 hour minimum, or S$1,500–8,000 per event for half-day and full-day packages depending on capacity and inclusions. When requesting a quote, confirm what the package covers: aircon hours, basic A/V provision, on-site staff, setup and teardown access, and cleaning. Common add-ons include external-caterer corkage (typically S$3–8 per pax if an approved external caterer is not used), liquor corkage if beverages are brought in, and extended-hours surcharges. A deposit of 30–50% on signing is standard to secure the date, with the balance typically due one to two weeks before the event. See the full venue rental cost guide for Singapore →
Confirm the headcount for your event format directly with Tee Side Chalet Singapore — standing cocktail configurations typically accommodate 1.5 to 2 times the banquet seated number, while theatre seating falls between the two. Floor plan flexibility for different layouts is worth clarifying before committing. For food and beverage, establish whether the venue operates in-house catering only, permits an external caterer (with or without a corkage fee), or maintains a list of approved caterers. In-house F&B venues often set a minimum spend per pax in lieu of a hall hire fee. If alcohol is planned, confirm whether the venue holds a Liquor Licence or whether BYO is permitted with a corkage charge. For wedding solemnisations, ask whether the venue is a registered ROM solemnisation site or whether a Justice of the Peace needs to be arranged separately.
The standard practice for Singapore venue bookings is a deposit of 30–50% on signing to secure the date, with the balance due approximately one to two weeks before the event. Weekend dates in popular seasons book out well in advance, so it is advisable to confirm availability and pay the deposit as early as feasible. Confirm the noise curfew — typically 10 to 11pm for venues in or near residential areas — as well as parking arrangements, accessibility features (lift, ramp, accessible toilets), and the setup and teardown windows, which are often separate from the rented hours. Ask about the rescheduling and cancellation policy in the event of force-majeure circumstances; reputable venues typically allow postponement within a defined window without forfeiting the deposit. A site recce before paying the deposit is strongly recommended. See the full venue rental cost guide for Singapore →
