I recently got two helpers from this Agency. The Agency fee is around 1500-2000 SGD after all the fees. So for this higher fee what should you expect? Don't expect much. Both helpers we got from this Agency, both had serious attitude issues. In the interview they seem great, and the Agency did not inform us of any previous report of any attitude problems. This is based on my personal experience. In my opinion, there is no use to use any agency unless you know for sure they are exceptionally good. They don't provide or do anything special. Just my two cents.
