Thankful and much appreciation to Yang, Raj and the team at the Green Mortician for taking very good care of Baby throughout! This brought much comfort to me knowing that Baby was in good hands. Baby gained her wings on 3rd Feb at the clinic. I called them and they came down within 90 mins to collect Baby. Raj handled the collection of Baby in a respectful and dignified manner. He did not rush through. Instead he allowed us time to say our goodbyes. Immediately arrangement was made with Yang for a memorial service for Baby on the same day at 6 pm. Invite was also drafted up for me to send out to friends with details for the memorial service. Updates were given along the way from completion of the grooming etc. Baby was given a nice final grooming (not just cleaning up) and she looks so peaceful. That gave so much comfort to me! The memorial was so beautifully set up and done. The place was beautifully decorated and it feels so serene. We could take our time to say our farewells to Baby and that meant so much. There was also a screen where we could playback photos of Baby. Yang helped to set up the laptop etc. Friends who came to the memorial service were impressed with the set up and the thoughts that were put behind every step of the way. The team took care of all that needs to be done and they were attentive to all details. They made it so much easier and manageable for us during this most difficult period. They also arranged for additional fur of Baby for keepsake, paw prints etc. After the memorial service , the team continued to provide us with updates along the way - start of cremation, the completion and the return back home. I opted for aqua cremation as I feel that it is a more gentle process than fire cremation. Highly recommended! A big Thank you again to the Team at the Green Mortician for your attention to details, thoughtfulness displayed during this difficult period and the on time regular updates along the way. I am glad I have well prepped for this day. If you are considering places for cremation and memorial for your beloved pet, please engage The Green Mortician. No amount of words can remove express my immense gratitude towards them. Raj and Vivian was extremely helpful from the start to end. Many photos send across the few days after your beloved passed. They were also extremely careful in every single small detail (calling them to know what to be done, moving your deceased pet from home, cleaning them up, cutting flowers for your pet, covering them with items according to the religion that you chose, bones to be separated or not, until the final collection of remains, paw print, nose print etc.) which really warms my heart. During this painful process, you will want someone that is very knowledgeable in what they do, and someone that shows sincerity and kindness to every pet even though it is not their beloved one. I never regretted chosing them and allowed my guests and family members along with Moka to have a final place where it is comfortable to gather and say our goodbyes. I always wanted the best for Moka, and I am sure I did for him until the very end with the help of Raj and Vivian. They were silently supporting us and extended very strong support to us during this difficult time. Thank you so much Raj and Vivian. Moka was so well loved by everyone and your team. My sincere thank you to you, and keep doing what you're doing because you are made for it!

The team has provided the best service possible for Wonder. The whole communication process was clear and with empathy and respect. The design of the urns available is comprehensive and modern looking. The bamboo urn given under the package looked great and the complementary photo was a nice touch as well. We opted for the mini urn which holds a little bit of her ash because sometimes i just want to bring her out to gai gai. The rest of the setup was done by ourselves - items gathered during our japan trip. I really appreciate the help from the team and big thanks to the team. Highly recommend.

Thank you to Vivian, Raj and the team at The Green Mortician for all the help rendered during the passing of my beloved Uni. It was a Sunday and my call was picked up promptly. They went through some basic questions with me and we liaised the rest of the details via WhatsApp. They also gave clear instructions and what to do while waiting for the pick-up. When Raj came to pick her, he was very respectful and went through the details with us. We were given some time to say our goodbyes - before we brought her to the van and at the back of the van. They updated us after the clean up and grooming was done. We opted for the memorial and it was beautifully done. The place was very beautifully decorated and provided us a lot of peace. They even gave us an invitation for us to invite our family and friends to the memorial. Every aspect of the process was well communicated with us before we make the payment and they allowed us to keep more things that we wanted such as: additional fur (for the keepsakes), paw/nose prints etc. The team constantly provided us with updates on what happens after that - the cremation, the completion and the return back home. During the return, everything was also done very professionally. Raj went through everything that we are getting. Lastly, there is no surprises in the cost. Everything is as seen and presented. Thank you The Green Mortician for doing everything for us and all the clear communications on the process for us to know what is going to happen next.

From the very beginning, Yang was so understanding, patient, and empathetic — always listening, never rushing. He gently guided us through each step, explaining what needed to be done and offering thoughtful options along the way. Not once did he mention money or payment; instead, he told us not to worry and focused on helping us through the grief of losing our beloved Cookie. From the picking up to the very end of the process, Cookie was treated with dignity and care. Every action, step, and update reflected that — and we truly appreciated it from the bottom of our hearts. The memorial space was beautiful — comfortable, clean, and spacious, with a warm, peaceful atmosphere.
