When enquiring, confirm the capacity for your specific event format — standing cocktail numbers typically run 1.5 to 2 times the banquet seated count, so share your expected headcount and seating style upfront. Ask about the floor plan and any layout flexibility, in-house F&B versus an external caterer (and whether a corkage fee or approved-caterer list applies), A/V provision including PA system, projector, screen, and microphones, and whether aircon hours are included within the rental window. Clarify setup and teardown access, as these are often outside the rented block and can affect your overall timeline. Check the noise curfew, parking arrangements, and lift or ramp accessibility. If you are planning a wedding solemnisation, confirm whether the venue holds registered ROM solemnisation status.
To begin, reach out via phone or the enquiry form with your event date, expected headcount, seating format, and F&B intentions, and request a site recce before paying any deposit.
Do a site recce, confirm capacity for your specific event format (cocktail / banquet / theatre), and put the F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup/teardown access, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying the deposit.
I came across this place while searching for somewhere nearby to so something online and found it peaceful and well-equipped. The membership rate is reasonable and there are several zones to work privately both as a group and individually. The coffee is awesome as well.
Amazing coworking in Singapore and one of my personal favourite to go. Love the open concept layout, not too noisy like some of the other coworking spaces. They have different beverages option and some unique one like pandan (not sure if they are offering this). The team members like Hannah are really friendly, approachable and helpful, a testament on how to run an effective coworking space. I heard the price of the desk is quite reasonable too. A must visit coworking space!
I had a fantastic experience at this coworking space! Hannah was incredibly warm and hospitable, making my visit truly enjoyable. The ambiance of the space is cozy and has its own unique vibe that adds to the overall experience. The availability of a photography studio is a definite plus. Also, the coffee served here is top-notch. I highly recommend this coworking space for anyone seeking a comfortable and creative work environment.
Awesome space! Found this space online when I was searching for a Photography Studio. Not often that you find 2 Photo Studios and a Podcast Studio within a coworking space. I booked their Fashion Studio earlier this month, and for the price, it's really worth it. Especially with all the essential photography equipment provided FOC (backdrops, professional studio lights, etc.). Team were super friendly too, and they have really good taste in music, with their rad playlists that help make the whole vibe really hip and cool.
The Hive Studio at The Hive Lavender is the place to make your dreams come true. The team provided top-notch service and equipments for our production and am humbled to have had a nice and supportive team at the Hive! I highly recommend anyone who is looking to bring their dreams to live to come to the Hive Studio Lavender

The Hive Lavender uses a package pricing model, so the exact figure depends on your event date, duration, and format. As a Singapore market reference, function-room and mid-sized venue packages typically run S$1,500–8,000 for a half-day and S$8,000–30,000 or more for a full-day ballroom-style booking, with hourly hall rates for smaller spaces at S$100–500 per hour subject to a two to four hour minimum. Itemise the following before committing: what is included in the package (aircon hours, basic A/V, on-site staff, cleaning fee), setup and teardown access outside the rented window, any external-caterer corkage or in-house F&B minimum spend, extended-hours surcharge, and photography or videography permits. GST applies where the operator is GST-registered. See the full venue rental cost guide for Singapore →
Confirm the capacity for your specific event format directly with The Hive Lavender — standing cocktail configurations typically accommodate 1.5 to 2 times the banquet seated number, while theatre seating sits between the two. Sharing your expected headcount and seating arrangement upfront will help match you to the right space. Ask whether F&B is handled exclusively in-house, whether external caterers are permitted (with or without a corkage fee per pax), and whether an approved-caterer list applies. In-house F&B venues usually set a minimum spend per pax that replaces the hall rental fee. For liquor, confirm whether a house bar is available or whether BYO is permitted with a corkage charge. For wedding solemnisations, check whether the venue is registered with ROM or whether you will need to arrange a Justice of the Peace separately.
A deposit of typically 30–50% is required to secure the date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Popular Saturday evenings in peak wedding and corporate season book out several months in advance, so earlier enquiry is advisable. Confirm the noise curfew (common at residential-adjacent venues), parking arrangements at Kallang Junction, and accessibility provisions including lift access and accessible toilets. Clarify setup and teardown access windows, as these often fall outside the rented block. Ask about the rescheduling and force-majeure policy — reputable venues typically allow postponement within six to twelve months without forfeiting the deposit if a genuine disruption occurs. Do a site recce before paying the deposit, and put the F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, and all access windows in writing.
