As first time home owners, we went online searching for ID firms to get ideas for our first home and I-Plan Studio happened to be the first one that caught our attention. After our inital consulation with Kelvin Tan brainstorming on ideas and vision of our first home, we feel that he is the right one we can trust. One of the reason we choose i-Plan Studio was definitely the 720° that was provided which allowed us to visualize our new home before renovation even started. Although we have to say we did encounter a few hiccups in the midst of the renovation, but luckily Kelvin is always around to help resolve our issues. He is responsive in replying to messages even late at night and always there to help address our concerns promptly. We didnt had to worry a lot when renovation is in progress as Kelvin will always update us with photos when we requsted for them. All in all, we are happy with how our home turned out eventually (just like the 720!) Thank you Kelvin Tan for your hard work! We would recommended Kelvin Tan from i-Plan Studio for those who are looking for ID for your homes.

Was really grateful to engage Wesley to manage the renovation for our new home. After the first meeting to discuss our requirements, he prepared the 3D virtual tour which may not be exactly what we are looking for but after some amendments it looked just like what we want. It is helpful if you can provide moodboard so that he can get a better sense of what you are going for. Once the renovation started he was very on the ball and made sure the progress is on track.. when he identified certain areas that require renovation he immediately brought to our attention to seek approval before proceeding. He completed the project within our expected timeframe and I’m happy with how the house turned out. Will recommend working with I-plan
