I renovated my kitchen and did several improvement works in my resale HDB back in Dec 2024 with Jonathan, mainly focusing on a full kitchen overhaul and some additional works around the house. Jonathan demonstrated excellent professionalism from day one, very patient, transparent, and always clear on what could be done in a resale flat. The workmanship was impressive, especially for the carpentry and tiling. Jonathan is very particular about details, often spotting imperfections before I even noticed them, and getting the team to rectify immediately. His project management made the whole renovation stress free. He coordinated all the trades smoothly, kept to the timeline, and provided frequent updates so I always knew what was happening. Design wise, he transformed an older resale layout into something modern, functional, and practical for daily use. The kitchen especially turned out spacious, efficient, and easy to maintain. Very satisfied with the results and the after-service. In 2025, we engaged Jonathan the second time 👍, this time for my boyfriend’s parents’ home. The project mainly involved reinstating walls and bathroom works, and we had a very tight deadline of 5 weeks, with the handover required by the first week of Dec 2025. Despite the rush, Jonathan managed to complete everything in just 4 weeks, handing over earlier than expected at the end of Nov 2025. His professionalism and project management really stood out again. He coordinated all the trades efficiently, kept the schedule extremely tight, and updated us throughout the process so we never felt stressed. The workmanship was clean and solid, especially for the bathroom tiling. Jonathan checked all details personally and made sure everything met his standards before handing over. We engaged Jonathan Tan for the renovation of our 4room BTO, mainly for kitchen carpentry and some minor works around the whole unit, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jonathan was very hands on throughout the process. He accompanied us to purchase fittings and also assisted with liaising with other group buy vendors, which made everything much more convenient for us.
