We met Siting during a renofair, and she was the last ID we spoke to at the fair — and it turned out to be the best decision we made. She was not pushy at all and listened attentively to our needs from the very beginning. After the fair, she followed up with us on 2D space planning. After multiple rounds of meeting different IDs and comparing quotations and designs, we eventually decided to work with Siting, and we’re really glad we did. Throughout the entire renovation journey, she was extremely patient with us as first-time homeowners. Not only did she carefully listen to what we wanted, she also guided us along the way using her past experience, which was very reassuring. She was always responsive, quick to follow up, and made revisions promptly whenever there were changes. Siting is very meticulous with details, ensuring measurements were accurate, and whenever any issues arose during the renovation process, she acted quickly to rectify them and always found the best solutions for us. Worked with Alan from The Interior Place for our BTO project. We chose to work with him due to his professional accreditation and long experience, rather than just based on quotation alone. Communication throughout the process was generally clear, and he took time to understand our requirements, lifestyle needs, and space usage before proposing design solutions. His design ideas were practical and aligned with what we were looking for, and he was open to making adjustments when needed. He also explained the pros and cons of different options, which helped us make informed decisions without feeling pressured. This is my 4th house move and I have to say that this is the best ID company I have engaged so far. Grateful beyond words that Wayne and Si Ting who promptly updated me project status during public holidays and even when they are on leave. Their commitment is recommendable. Being a perfectionist, I went back to Wayne back and forth with multiple last minute requests which he gladly accommodate. What impressed me the most is that he stay committed to deliver and handed over my house within the promised timeline as I need to move in early to avoid the hungry ghost festival. No cutting of corners!! Rectification works that I pointed out was addressed quickly which leave me at ease knowing that my house is in good hands. I highly recommend TIP and would definitely return for future house refit. Thumbs up to the whole team!!

This is our second time engaging The Interior Place (2020 & 2025) with designer Candy Ng, and once again she exceeded all expectations. Our full renovation involved major hacking, retiling, carpentry and electrical works — yet Candy delivered everything in just 7 weeks without compromising on quality. Her project management is exceptional, and her coordination with all contractors was smooth and meticulous. Candy took time to understand our lifestyle and needs before proposing designs that were both beautiful and practical. Her 3D visuals were accurate and helped us visualise the final look clearly. We also appreciated her hands-on approach — she personally accompanied us on multiple trips to choose tiles, fittings, lighting and more, always explaining the pros and cons and ensuring every choice matched the overall theme. Inevitably, small issues came up, but Candy handled every one swiftly and professionally. Her constant updates, photos and transparent communication gave us full confidence throughout the process. We’ve moved into a home that is exactly what we envisioned — cohesive, well-designed and built with excellent workmanship. We are so lucky n blessed to have engaged The interior place for our new home. Sebastian and Wayne are so patient and detailed throughout our whole project. They literally held our hands through every little steps and guided us along while giving creative yet constructive ideas. They are also very open and receptive to changes along the way n accommodating to our indecisiveness . Before engaging The Interior Place, we were worried as we had heard horror stories about certain ID firms, but after meeting and speaking to Wayne n Sebastian, we felt assured and confident for them to handle our project. As we bought an old condo, lots of works needs to be done, in fact, we did up the whole place totally n along the way they will always advise us n gives us suggestions, but never pushed us to make decisions. They always give us sufficient time n room to decide what we want. I wanted to highlight another point on why we choose The Interior Place is because the 1st time we stepped into their office, we were greeted with smiles n warmth from everyone in their office even though our appointment was with Wayne n Sebastian, this shows that there’s good culture in the company and the employees are all happy working there. Thereafter, every appointment we went to their office, we were always greeted with smiles from everyone and they will offer drinks n snacks . I always believed that if the employees are happy, the boss must be good ☺️. All the other contractors that they engaged for our project were all very friendly and efficient too. Everyone who visited our home complimented the workmanship and design. Personally I think it’s really difficult to find a trustworthy and reliable ID firm, the kind that put themselves in your shoes and work like they are doing their own house. We do have a little hiccup, but that’s part n parcel of renovation n they are very swift to address to make it all right. That’s why I said, we bought a house n they make it into a home.
