We engaged TLC when my mum was pronounced brain dead. Everything happened very suddenly and we were quite lost at that time. TLC was patient and understanding, giving us the time and space to settle her organ donation first without rushing us. My sister's friend had previously engaged them and had good experience. The team was calm and professional, guiding us through the process and explaining everything clearly as we wanted to hold a secular memorial for my mum. We were initially unsure about their Shower of Love service, but it turned out to be the most meaningful part of the process. They helped to dress and prepare my mum very nicely and naturally, and kept checking with us to ensure we were satisfied. Special thanks to Michelle, JK and Chelo. They were attentive, responsive and very patient throughout. They genuinely took care of us during this difficult period. Truly grateful to TLC for helping us with my mum's final journey. Would highly recommend them to any family who needs funeral services.

They handled everything with sensitivity and respect. From the co-ordination with the repatriation, to the co-ordination of the memorial service venue, to the final send off of my father; no single detail left out, every reminder communicated and everything executed accordingly as discussed. Even as we encountered some unexpected challenges / hiccups, TEAM TLC was still able to offer solutions to ensure my father's final send off came to a full circle.
