Patients typically begin with a first consultation during which the physiotherapist assesses the presenting condition — whether that is a musculoskeletal injury, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, sports-related strain, or neurological recovery need. From there, a treatment plan is established, which may involve hands-on manual therapy, exercise prescription, dry needling, or modality-based treatment. Patients can discuss whether a single-session approach suits their needs or whether a recurring package offers better value for ongoing rehabilitation. It is worth confirming the cancellation and no-show policy before booking, as many practices charge for late cancellations.
To make an initial appointment, contact The Physio Circle via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form on their listing — bring a summary of your condition, any relevant medical reports or imaging, and your preferred appointment days.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the AHPC public register before treatment.
I’m really grateful for the care and results that I’ve received from Isaac. When I first started, sitting was uncomfortable and the pain was persistent, but with his professional assessment and treatment plan, my condition has improved significantly. The sessions were patient, thorough, and well-explained. Treatment included ultrasound therapy and targeted exercises, and I appreciated how he focused not just on pain relief, but also on strengthening the surrounding muscles to prevent recurrence. The advice given was practical and tailored to my daily activities. Most importantly, the pain that had been bothering me for a long time is now largely resolved, and I feel much more confident moving and sitting comfortably again. I highly recommend Isaac to anyone dealing with tailbone pain or similar issues.
I got a serious neck pain last week and my neck can not turn well without severe pain. I went to see Conor at The Physio Circle. He examined my condition carefully and found the spot that made my neck stuck. He apply dry needling to me and taught me to do some exercises to help releasing the tightness. With the 1 st time treatment, my neck turn can improve obviously. I went to see him again 2 days later. With this 2nd treatment, my neck recovered to normal one week later. Thanks Conor for all your help to resolve my neck problem.
I was referred to Physio Circle Serangoon by my Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr Benjamin Toa where I had my back surgery. He is an excellent , reassuring, patient oriented doctor. At Physio circle Serangoon is where I had my weekly physio session with Mr Issac Tai my therapist. He plans out my weekly session. When I first started , my muscles were very stiff and Issac will plan out bad on my ability. He is very patient , friendly , kind. He is also very encouraging all the time. Initially I had no or little confident of myself doing the exercise. It seems challenging but after 9 months training by Issac, now I feel much confident and mobility also improve. I started with mobility exercise then slowly become strengthening excise which I had benefitted . I would like to thank Mr Issac Tai for his patience. Thumbs up Issac, you are awesome 😊

During the initial stages of my shoulder injury, I felt uncertain and worried about my recovery. My physiotherapist, Isaac was incredibly supportive, guiding me with patience, reassurance, and expert care. He carefully tailored exercises based on my condition and gave me the confidence I needed to stay positive and committed to my rehabilitation. I’m truly grateful for the support I’ve received—it has made all the difference in my recovery journey!

The Physio Circle is priced in the mid-range ($$), but specific per-session fees are not published on the listing. In Singapore, physiotherapy consultations typically run S$80–150 per session at a private clinic, with initial assessments sometimes carrying a higher fee than follow-up sessions. Package rates for multiple sessions are common and usually offer a modest discount over single-session pricing. Confirm the first-consultation fee, any assessment surcharge, and whether consumables such as strapping tape or electrotherapy pads are billed separately. Ask about the cancellation policy before committing to a package. See the full physiotherapy cost guide for Singapore →
A GP or specialist referral is not required to book a private physiotherapy session in Singapore — you can self-refer directly. However, bringing any relevant documents (GP referral letters, MRI or X-ray reports, discharge summaries from hospital) helps the physiotherapist assess your condition more efficiently at the first visit. If you intend to claim physiotherapy costs through an integrated shield plan or employer insurance, check with your insurer first — some policies require a GP referral letter for reimbursement. Patients with complex or post-surgical conditions may also benefit from obtaining a specialist letter to ensure the physiotherapist is aligned with the treating doctor's rehabilitation goals.
Physiotherapists in Singapore must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Registration can be verified on the AHPC public register at healthprofessionals.gov.sg — search by name before your first session. No regulatory licences are currently listed for The Physio Circle on KakiList. Before booking, ask for the treating physiotherapist's full name and confirm their AHPC registration is active. Practising physiotherapy without valid AHPC registration is illegal in Singapore, so this is a non-negotiable check for patient safety.
