About The Resilienz Clinic
The Resilienz Clinic is a counselling practice located at Novena Medical Centre, offering mental health and psychological support across Singapore. It is verified by KakiList, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. The clinic holds a 4/5 rating across 8 Google reviews — a very small sample, so this should be treated as directional only rather than a reliable quality signal. Pricing is indicated at the S$$ level; specific session fees were not available at the time of listing.
If you are considering an appointment, the typical first step is a brief phone enquiry or an online form submission to describe your presenting concern — whether that is anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, workplace stress, or another area. The clinic will likely ask about your goals, any prior therapy history, and preferred appointment times before confirming a consultation slot. It is worth asking whether the initial session is a standalone assessment or the start of an ongoing engagement, and whether sessions are available in person at Novena or remotely via video call.
To take the next step, reach The Resilienz Clinic by phone or through the enquiry form listed on their KakiList profile to ask about availability, session fees, and the format of the first appointment.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
I saw Elizabeth Ho. I highly do not recommend her as I found her unprofessional. She tried to diagnose me in the first 30 minutes of our session which was confusing because I had started the session by sharing that I was aware of my diagnoses because of previous clinicians. She disregarded that and asked me many inane questions that mostly started with “why.” At one point she asked me why I do not have hobbies and seem disturbed by my responses. To be honest, I wish I could report her to SPS but she is not accredited or registered so she cannot be investigated. It is disappointing that her incompetence has not been flagged by the clinic or her supervisor either.
Resilience Clinic is a great place to go to as they have very experienced counsellors. My counsellor Yiling is an extremely experienced and caring counsellor. Unfortunately, she has left but I was handed over to a new counsellor who is just as caring and experienced. Front desk staff is very friendly and efficient. Thank you Resilience.
Slightly on the expensive side, but what you pay for is what you get. Great service and excellent treatment plan.
This clinic did not follow up to make appointment despite several calls and emails.
A great place to go to if you are going through challenging life situations and feel that you need some emotional support.

Specific session fees for The Resilienz Clinic were not available at the time of this listing. Singapore counselling and psychotherapy fees typically range from S$120 to S$300 per 50-minute session for private practice, with psychiatrists and clinical psychologists at the higher end of that band. First-consultation fees may differ from follow-up session rates. Ask directly about whether packages of multiple sessions are available at a reduced rate, what the cancellation and no-show policy is, and whether sessions are claimable under integrated shield plans or employee assistance programmes. Some insurers partially cover counselling when referred by a GP or psychiatrist. See the full counselling cost guide for Singapore →
Most private counselling clinics in Singapore do not require a GP referral — you can self-refer by contacting the clinic directly. However, a referral from a GP or psychiatrist can be useful if you plan to make an insurance claim or if your presenting concerns involve a diagnosed condition requiring medication alongside therapy. The first session at a counselling practice is typically an intake or assessment appointment. You will likely complete an intake form covering your background, presenting concerns, mental health history, and any current medications. The counsellor will use this to determine whether their approach is a good fit for your needs, and will outline what ongoing sessions might involve. If you are in acute distress or experiencing a mental health emergency, contact the Institute of Mental Health at 6389-2222 (24 hours) rather than booking a routine appointment.
Counselling in Singapore is not yet statutorily regulated, meaning there is no single licensing body equivalent to the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) for physiotherapists or the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) for doctors. Practitioners may hold voluntary memberships with the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) or the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS), which have their own codes of ethics and complaint processes. Regulatory licence details for The Resilienz Clinic were not available in the current listing data. Before your first appointment, ask directly for the consulting professional's qualifications (degree and postgraduate training), professional membership and registration number, and years of clinical experience. For clinical psychologists, check SPS membership; for psychiatrists, verify registration on the SMC public register. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
