About The Storefront Singapore
The Storefront Singapore is a venue rental provider located at 11 Neil Road, a conservation shophouse address in the Tanjong Pagar district. Pricing is indicated at a mid-range level and is offered on a package basis.
When considering The Storefront Singapore, begin by confirming capacity for your specific event format — standing cocktail, banquet round-table, and theatre seating each yield different numbers from the same floor space, with cocktail capacity typically running 1.5 to 2 times the banquet seated figure. Clarify the food and beverage policy: whether you may bring an external caterer (and whether a corkage fee or an approved-caterer list applies), or whether in-house F&B is required with a minimum spend. Check the A/V provision included — PA system, projector, screen, and microphones — alongside aircon hours, noise curfew, and the setup and teardown access windows, which often fall outside the rented period and need separate confirmation. Parking in the Neil Road area is limited to nearby paid public car parks, so factor this into your guest communications. If you are planning a wedding solemnisation, ask whether the space is a registered ROM venue.
To proceed, reach out to The Storefront Singapore via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to share your event date, expected headcount, event format, and any F&B or A/V requirements — then arrange a site recce before paying the deposit.
Do a site recce, confirm capacity for your specific event format (cocktail / banquet / theatre), and put the F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup/teardown access, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying the deposit.
The best vibes here! If you love a moody aesthetic with nice drinks, this is it. Even the $11 happy hour drinks are not diluted, which is incredibly hard to find. Best to between 4pm-6pm for happy hour and a slightly quieter environment. Drinks are made with love and heart! Will visit again.
We came in for a drink after dinner and stayed till closing time 😬 The exterior is unassuming and it was quiet initially but filled up an hour later. We were sat near the bar and ended up chatting with the two owners, Joanna (umm maybe Joanne? I blame the drinks 😂) and Herman made up some great cocktails. The service was great and Joanna remembered one of the girls from the last time she was there. I liked that they take Polaroids of their customers and stick these in an album which also doubles up as the menu. The ingredients are sourced for quality (the smoked olives were divine and are imported from a specific bar in Hong Kong!) and provide a nice little touch of care. The furnishings are unassuming but made up by the atmosphere and friendliness of every one who works there. Definite recommend!
Happy hour: 4pm-6pm Right side: Blueberry Mule Left side: R.O.T (nice, not bitter) Roastedwid wings Popcorn chicken (I like it and the sauce is nice) The male staff jokes with us and recommended some drinks for happy hour. He also gave us extra blueberry pocky!!! The male staff back facing in the picture recommended drinks and chit chat with us. He always top up our water and my frd didn't even realise and thinking y her water is always full. The female staff is pretty and cheerful. The way she made drinks is so coolllllllll and handsome!!!! She also top up my frd water n my frd didn't even realise again. The atmosphere of the shop is good. Coffee kombucha espresso martini is very coffee, I like it but it taste abit bitter at the end. Blueberry cheesecake is strong and bitter. New York cheesecake is very blueberry. We also ordered Ricotta & caponata bruschetta. We drink 3h 😂 Would visit again ❤️
Really nice bar with traditional drinks with a unique twist (but still drinkable). Lovely ambiance (nice place to go for chat with friends) not very busy when we went but this was a week day so check first if going on weekend/froday, really enjoyed the menu photo book too. The waiter explained the drinks very well and helped to explain that each drink is unique to each person..,which should be expected but some people think you will like all drinks on the menu. I would highly recommend going. Really enjoyed our time. Only stayed for one drink as we were on bar explorations.
A true hidden treasure! The Store delivers everything you want from a proper speakeasy — mystery, style, and world-class hospitality. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, instantly setting the tone for a memorable evening. The cocktails were crafted with precision and personality, each one a unique experience. I also ordered the wagyu sliders and was blown away — juicy, flavorful, and perfectly done. Whether you’re a local or visiting Singapore, The Store is a must-visit if you’re into intimate vibes, creative drinks, and great food. Huge thanks to the team for an unforgettable night. I’ll definitely be back!

The Storefront Singapore prices on a package basis, which is standard for boutique venue rentals. Function-room and shophouse-style venues in Singapore typically charge S$100–500 per hour with a 2–4 hour minimum, or offer per-event packages ranging from S$1,500 to S$8,000 or more for a half-day to full-day booking, depending on capacity and inclusions. Confirm what the quoted package covers: aircon hours, basic A/V (PA system, projector, screen), on-site staff, cleaning, and setup and teardown access — these are sometimes outside the rented window and billed separately. Common add-ons include external-caterer corkage (typically S$3–8 per pax), liquor corkage if you are bringing your own beverages, and extended-hours surcharges at 1.5 to 2 times the standard rate. Contact The Storefront Singapore directly for the current package menu and a written quotation. See the full Venue Rental cost guide for Singapore →
Capacity at The Storefront Singapore will vary by event format — standing cocktail configurations typically accommodate 1.5 to 2 times the number of guests that a banquet round-table layout can seat in the same space, with theatre seating sitting between the two. Confirm the specific numbers for your format before committing. For food and beverage, clarify whether the venue operates on an in-house F&B model (with a minimum spend per pax that typically replaces the hall rental), an external-caterer-permitted model (with or without a corkage fee and possibly an approved-caterer list), or a BYO arrangement. Liquor policy — house bar versus BYO with a per-bottle corkage — should also be confirmed in writing. If you are planning a wedding solemnisation, ask whether The Storefront Singapore is a registered ROM solemnisation venue or whether you will need to arrange a Justice of the Peace separately.
The standard deposit to secure a date at Singapore venues is 30 to 50 per cent of the total package fee, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Popular Saturday evenings, particularly during wedding season in March, April, October, and November, tend to book out six to twelve months in advance, so enquire early if your date falls in those windows. Confirm the noise curfew — typically 10 to 11pm for venues in or adjacent to residential conservation areas such as the Neil Road corridor. Clarify parking arrangements for guests, accessibility provisions (lift, ramp, accessible toilets), and SCDF fire-safety certification for the space. Ask about the rescheduling policy in the event of a force-majeure situation — reputable venues generally allow rescheduling within six to twelve months without forfeiting the deposit. A site recce before paying any deposit is strongly recommended. See the full Venue Rental cost guide for Singapore →
