About The Warehouse Hotel

About The Warehouse Hotel

The Warehouse Hotel is a venue rental provider located at 320 Havelock Rd, Singapore 169628, offering event spaces for a range of occasions. It holds a KakiList-verified status and carries a rating of 4.6 out of 5 across 859 Google reviews, which represents a robust sample and a strong rating signal. No regulatory licences are listed on this profile, so prospective clients are encouraged to confirm SFA Food Shop Licence status for in-house F&B and SCDF fire-safety certification directly with the hotel before booking.

When enquiring, confirm the capacity for your specific event format — standing cocktail reception, banquet round-table, or theatre seating — as cocktail capacities typically run 1.5 to 2 times the banquet seated number. Ask about the F&B policy: whether catering is handled exclusively in-house with a minimum spend per pax, whether external caterers are permitted with a corkage fee, or whether there is an approved-caterer list. Clarify aircon hours, A/V provision (PA system, projector, screen, microphones), noise curfew, and whether setup and teardown access falls within or outside the rented window. If you are planning a wedding solemnisation, confirm whether the venue is registered as a ROM solemnisation venue or whether you need to arrange a Justice of the Peace separately. Also check parking — whether there is in-house parking or a nearby paid carpark — and accessibility for guests with mobility needs.

To take the next step, contact The Warehouse Hotel directly by phone or through the enquiry form, specifying your event date, format, and estimated headcount so the team can confirm availability and share a detailed package proposal.

Our stay at The Warehouse Hotel was truly memorable from the very first moment we stepped in. The brightest highlight of our arrival was the front desk team - Jeffrey and Rakesh. They were the first faces to welcome us. Bright smiles, genuine warmth, and effortless hospitality that immediately made us feel at home. They perfectly reflect the culture of the hotel - warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully attentive. The experience continued at the lobby bar where Jae and Anne absolutely elevated our evenings. Jae crafted some of the best cocktails we’ve had (my fav is pandan sour). All the cocktails are balanced, creative, and beautifully presented. The vibe was impeccable with great music, good crowd, easy conversations, and that relaxed yet refined atmosphere that makes you want to linger. Beyond the people, the hotel itself is full of thoughtful details. From a seamless check in experience to the little touches in the room that show real care in design and comfort. The Warehouse Hotel isn’t just a place to stay, it’s an experience shaped by genuinely wonderful people. We can’t wait to be back! Thank you!

Amazing little gem of a hotel in a reclaimed old warehouse by the river. Super stylish interiors and hotel bar, well decorated rooms, fantastic service. It's just a bit of a walk to the popular Marina sights but I personally don't mind. Special shout out to the restaurant and staff for preparing one of the most delicious meals I've had during my trip! Do they the Poppia when you're there :)

Very nice and friendly service, always clean. A little bit too dark at the room and lobby, because of few lamps. Location of the hotel is nice. Located at the small river it gives the opportunity to walk on the side of the canal to the big sights. Restaurant and bar at the hotel are top! I recommend the warehouse hotel for 100% and will stay here again when in Singapore!

Had a wonderful 1 night stay at the beautiful hotel. Loved everything about the stay - friendly staff from front desk to restaurant and bar, well designed hotel and room, great location (about 10 mins walking distance to New Bahru - a must to check out). Amenities in the room were great too and felt luxurious. The bed is super comfortable. Breakfast selection was great too. Overall, we really enjoyed our staycation!

Stylish hotel but more style over substance. Considering it’s part of ‘design collection’, the room design (whoever has designed it) has just gone with the looks rather than how people will intend to use it. As you enter the room, where do you turn on the lights?! A switch perhaps? Ah yes, the one located by the bed or the kettle but you need to turn on your the light on your phone and figure it out and where it’s located. (Issue and design fault #1) When using the bathroom and to have privacy, you need to wait for the automatic roller blind to come all the way down. Again, if this was a designer hotel, you would have had automatic privacy settings on the glass. Clearly this was money saving. (Issue and design fault #2, #3, #4) The button for this is also above the sink, so clearly someone who has accessibility issues would have to reach over and then press it. The door is also not the easiest to slide across… (very accessible indeed ~ great design choice) (issue and design fault #5) The bathroom drawer is located against the disabled toilet bar. What’s the point in having this?! Wasted space for everyone. (Issue and design fault #6) Location is accessible by bus, MRT, but you’re better off getting a grab to this hotel. I wish I chose a different hotel now, but I guess this is just an expensive room that I’ve paid to just sleep in. I’d consider going elsewhere if I had the choice again.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does The Warehouse Hotel charge?

Venue rental at The Warehouse Hotel is package-based. For context, function rooms in Singapore typically run S$100–500 per hour with a 2–4 hour minimum, while boutique hotel event spaces and ballrooms are often priced as half-day or full-day packages starting from S$1,500–8,000+ for smaller to mid-sized venues. Confirm what is included in any quoted package: aircon hours, basic A/V equipment, on-site staff, and a cleaning fee. Common add-ons to watch for include external-caterer corkage (typically S$3–8 per pax), liquor corkage if you are bringing your own beverages, an extended-hours surcharge outside the standard session, and any photography or videography permit fees. See the full venue rental cost guide for Singapore →

What capacity and F&B policy does The Warehouse Hotel have?

Capacity varies significantly depending on the event layout. Standing cocktail reception formats typically accommodate 1.5 to 2 times the number of guests that a banquet round-table layout seats, so confirm the figure for your specific configuration. Ask whether the floor plan can be reconfigured between ceremony and reception, and whether there are separate breakout areas. For F&B, hotel venues most commonly operate on an in-house catering model with a minimum spend per pax that effectively replaces the hall hire fee. If external caterers are relevant to your event, confirm whether they are permitted, what the corkage rate is, and whether there is a list of approved vendors. For wedding solemnisations, also confirm whether The Warehouse Hotel is a registered ROM venue or whether a Justice of the Peace needs to be arranged independently.

What's the booking and cancellation policy at The Warehouse Hotel?

A deposit — typically 30–50% of the total package value — is required to secure your event date, with the balance usually due 1–2 weeks before the event. Popular Saturday evenings, particularly during wedding season in March, April, October, and November, can book out 6–12 months in advance, so early enquiry is advisable. Confirm the noise curfew (typically 10–11pm at venues in or adjacent to residential areas), parking arrangements for guests, and accessibility including lift access and accessible toilets. Clarify the rescheduling and cancellation terms in writing before paying the deposit — reputable venues generally allow rescheduling within 6–12 months without deposit forfeiture in force-majeure situations. A site recce during a comparable event setup is strongly recommended before committing.
