About The White Rabbit Singapore
The White Rabbit Singapore is a venue rental provider operating islandwide, listed and verified by KakiList. It holds a 4.5/5 rating across 31 Google reviews — a moderate sample that lends reasonable directional confidence. Pricing is presented at the mid-range ($$) tier on a package basis, though specific package rates should be confirmed directly with the venue.
When considering The White Rabbit Singapore for an event, the key details to establish upfront are capacity by format — standing cocktail, banquet round-table, and theatre seating each yield different numbers, with cocktail capacity typically running 1.5 to 2 times the banquet seated figure. Confirm the floor plan and layout flexibility, whether food and beverage is handled in-house or whether an external caterer is permitted (and if so, whether a corkage fee or an approved-caterer list applies), bar service and any Liquor Licence arrangements, audio-visual provision including PA, projector, screen, and lighting, aircon hours, and any noise curfew relevant to the surrounding area. Clarify setup and teardown access windows, as these often fall outside the rented time slot. Check accessibility — lift, ramp, and accessible toilets — as well as parking options nearby, and whether a photography permit is required on site.
To proceed, contact The White Rabbit Singapore via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to confirm your event date, format, and headcount, then arrange a site recce before paying any deposit.
Do a site recce, confirm capacity for your specific event format (cocktail / banquet / theatre), and put the F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup/teardown access, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying the deposit.
We held our Solemnization and Wedding Lunch at White Rabbit Hole. The set-up and place are so gorgeous and pretty. Everything turned out to be what we want our Solemnization to be. The staff and team are fast and efficient and able to cater to us during Public Holiday. In addition, every corner is insta-worthy. Highly recommend it if you want a small and cozy event space. 😄
Held our wedding solemnization at White Rabbit Hole on May 2023, it is a nice place and suitable for 20/30pax. Vincent is helpful with the ad-hoc request for the design and setting up the venue. Besides that, they also allows us to order our own catering buffet as well. Will recommend to couple who has a small amount of guests to celebrate.

The White Rabbit Singapore prices on a package basis, which is typical for venue rental in Singapore. Function rooms generally run S$100–500 per hour with a 2–4 hour minimum, while larger event spaces and ballrooms sit at S$300–1,500 or more per hour. Per-event packages for small to mid-sized venues typically range from S$1,500 to S$8,000 for a half-day, rising to S$8,000–30,000 or more for full-day ballroom-scale bookings. Confirm what is included in the quoted package: aircon hours, basic A/V (PA, projector, screen), on-site staff, cleaning fee, and setup and teardown access. Common add-ons include external-caterer corkage (typically S$3–8 per pax), liquor corkage if bringing your own, extended-hours surcharges (typically 1.5–2× outside curfew hours), and any photography or videography permits. Capacity varies significantly by event format — standing cocktail configurations typically accommodate 1.5 to 2 times the banquet seated number, while theatre seating falls between the two. When enquiring, specify your event type and expected headcount so the venue can recommend the appropriate layout and confirm it works within the space. On the F&B side, confirm whether the venue operates in-house catering only, permits external caterers (with or without corkage and an approved-caterer list), or allows BYO arrangements. In-house F&B venues typically set a minimum spend per pax in place of a separate hall rental fee. For events involving alcohol, ask about the house bar offering versus BYO corkage, which typically runs S$15–30 per bottle for wine and higher for spirits. If you are planning a wedding solemnisation, confirm whether the venue is a registered ROM solemnisation venue or whether you need to arrange a Justice of the Peace separately.
A deposit — typically 30 to 50% of the total fee — is required to secure the date, with the balance usually due one to two weeks before the event. Popular Saturday evening slots book out six to twelve months in advance, particularly during wedding season in March, April, October, and November, so early enquiry is advisable. Before paying the deposit, confirm the noise curfew (typically 10–11pm in areas near residential premises), parking arrangements, accessibility provisions (lift, ramp, accessible toilets), and what happens if a force-majeure situation — weather or a public-health restriction — requires postponement. Reputable venues generally allow rescheduling within six to twelve months without forfeiting the deposit, but this should be agreed in writing. A site recce prior to committing is standard practice and strongly recommended. See the full venue rental cost guide for Singapore →
