Families interested in enrolling should begin by reaching out via phone or the online enquiry form to ask about slot availability for their intended start month. It is worth asking about the daily routine, the child-to-caregiver ratio, and what the settling-in period looks like for younger children joining the playgroup. Parents of Singapore citizen children should also enquire whether ECDA subsidies apply to the programme, as eligibility depends on the centre's registration status.
The most practical next step is to contact The Yard Gymnastics directly through the phone or enquiry form listed on this page, confirm current slot availability, and arrange a centre visit so your child can experience the environment before you commit. Listing data is incomplete — contact "The Yard Gymnastics" directly to confirm details.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

My kid had a few classes at The Yard, and so far she loves it! Very cozy set up, good facilities, and great place for kids to learn some fun skills. The coaches are very warm and experienced. Very pleased with the place overall and my kid is always eager to go back.
Great place for gymnastics! My daughter does competitive gymnastics at Dover SPGG. Great experienced coaches and has a complete set of gymnastics apparatus. My daughter and her competition friends love it. It is located within SPGG, where there are restaurants and coffee shops for those who want to wait while class is in session.
Is a fun indoor kid-friendly venue to make every kids’ birthday dreams come true. The event coordinators have taken care of the birthday party activities, decorative setup and games which help to take a load off our shoulders. 🎂💕👏🎊🎉 All kids have enjoyed the party to the fullest, filled with excitement, joy and laughter. The great memories of the cherished moments shared together are priceless.
My kid loves the space. The place is big and spacious to accommodate. The environment is nice too. The good thing is there are eateries. So while waiting for my kids to finish class, I can have a meal.
Really pleased with the gym and facilities- it’s bright, fresh and they run multiple programmes for us to choose from. We can see our son progress and go on to the next levels which is really encouraging. Personally he loves their holiday camps, it’s something he looks forward to when school breaks come around. Most importantly I feel at ease dropping him off there knowing the coaches and staff truly care for the children and ensure their well being. Kudos to the admin and management team for always doing their best in communicating and engaging parents. Looking forward to the upcoming Xmas show!

The Yard Gymnastics is priced in the moderate range (indicated by $$), though the exact monthly fee has not been published on this listing. When you enquire, ask for a full fee breakdown that covers the monthly programme fee, any one-time registration fee, the deposit amount (typically equivalent to one to two months' fees), and whether uniform or personal accident insurance is charged separately. Childcare and playgroup fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the figure quoted should be your final out-of-pocket amount before any applicable subsidies. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Subsidy eligibility at any childcare or playgroup provider depends on whether the centre is ECDA-registered and the licence type it holds. For ECDA-registered centres, Singapore citizen children may qualify for the Basic Subsidy (up to S$300 per month for childcare), the Additional Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy for mothers working 56 or more hours per month, and the Additional Subsidy for lower-income households, which can bring the combined quantum up to S$710 per month. Permanent resident children receive partial subsidies at lower rates. As The Yard Gymnastics does not currently list an ECDA licence, you should confirm directly with the centre whether it is registered under ECDA and which subsidy schemes apply. Subsidy rates and income thresholds are updated periodically, so check the ECDA website for the most current figures before making your decision.
Demand for quality playgroup places in Singapore can be competitive, and popular programmes — particularly those with small class sizes — are often booked several months in advance. As a general guide, families are advised to enquire at least three to six months before their intended start date. January is the peak intake month for most early childhood programmes, so slots for that period tend to fill earliest. To secure a place, centres typically require a completed registration form alongside a registration fee and deposit. Contact The Yard Gymnastics directly via phone or the enquiry form to check current availability and find out what is needed to hold a slot for your child.
