We had a very positive experience working with Lawrence Lim during the design exploration phase of our renovation. Lawrence invested a great deal of time getting to know our lifestyle, habits, and how we actually live in our home, and this really showed in his design approach. He was thoughtful, patient, and intentional in translating those insights into a design that felt personal and considered, rather than generic. His ideas were distinctive and not the usual aesthetic seen in Singapore, which we genuinely appreciated. Ultimately, we decided to move in a different direction due to budget considerations, but that does not take away from the quality of Lawrence’s work or the effort he put into the process. It was clear he cared deeply about creating something unique yet liveable, and we truly valued the time and thought he dedicated to our project. We would recommend Lawrence to homeowners who value a design-led approach and a designer who takes the time to truly understand how you live.

Was on a lookout for IDs and got connected to Dess who was super knowledgeable in his craft. He was also very versatile and was able to relate to many different concepts including the ones we were interested in which were not the most common in trend. Also greatly appreciated the work of art that he created which included some amazing hand-drawn designs and well-thought through ideas that were not only interesting but very unique. Will recommend for anyone looking out for something that doesn’t follow the usual trend but instead a well-told story. Thank you!!

Dess is very professional and knowledgeable, his design is impressive and we think the reason is he truly spent time understanding our daily lifestyle, instead of providing us with a standard design that most ID presented. You can tell that he truly put in alot of thoughts into his design and patiently listening to our concern and understand on how we can do it to make it even better, explaining in details on the process, methods in achieving what we want and at the same time pointing out to us on what we might face in future for maintenance. He blends aesthetic and practicality in his work. Thanks alot to Dess and his team.

We engaged Three-D Conceptwerke quite some time back before we were faced with several delays of our BTO due to Covid-19. Though it was a long wait between the time we engaged them and the start of work, on the day we collected our keys, Lance and Will turned up well prepared to do site verifications and helped us with basic defects checking. They also remembered the earlier discussions we had, which we appreciated as there was no need to run them through from the start again. We had so much fun working with Lance and Will. They were very professional, efficient and full of positive energy! The whole renovation process was very smooth. There were also no major defects after the completion of works and we could move in by our targeted date. We are also very thankful for the post-renovation support given to us. Thank you so much for designing a comfortable, cosy home for us!

We are so pleased to have worked with Three-D Conceptwerke and especially our fantastic ID, Jine. If it was possible to give more than 5 stars, we happily would. As it was our first time designing a new apartment, we were extra cautious when it came to selecting the right ID and we interviewed 10 of them. Out of all these 10 IDs, Jine was one of the few IDs who took time to carefully read the design brief we gave and she really stood out from the others with her creativity, aesthetic sense, attention to detail and communication style. She was the only one who took the extra effort of providing us with 4 different layouts to get us thinking about how we could effectively plan our space for our new condo. Her pricing also, while not the lowest was reasonable and we didn't have to think too much in selecting her as our ID and we are so glad we did. The design phase commenced on time and despite some initial adjustments that were required by the drafter, Jine grasped the kind of look we were going for and got the 3D drawings executed nicely. From the get-go, Jine was on top of her game and efficiently coordinated the project timelines, liaising smoothly with the condo management and engineer to sort out admin matters. She also helped us follow-up with the defects rectification team of our condo, since it's a new condo and their rectification timelines were critical to when we could start our ID work. Despite a 3 week delay from the condo's defects team, Jine got off to a fast start right after they were done and still somehow managed to finish the entire project on time. Just incredible!! Furthermore, Jine always took time to go onsite and monitor the works quite frequently and constantly kept us updated throughout each phase of execution. Moreover, she really cares about her projects and it clearly shows because she takes the extra mile to help her clients, such as when she took personal time to help us shop and provide opinion on furniture and staging. Of course, there are always some issues during renovation that come up but Jine patiently explained the issues and more importantly, always focused positively on how to resolve the issues even when we ourselves got agitated or nervous. She was always respectful, kind and polite in her communications. For us newbies, this communication style really made the process very smooth and enjoyable. Also, she was very honest in her dealings and always made efforts to save us money where possible- we were surprised when we ended up coming out a bit lower than our projected budget in the end (which rarely happens with such projects). We are so very happy with the final outcome and we love the way our unit looks. We are very grateful to Jine for her efforts and hardwork on our project over the last few months- it was a delight and we would strongly recommend others to work with her too! Thanks a lot, Jine!
