About TKS Employment Consultancy Pte Ltd
TKS Employment Consultancy Pte Ltd is a domestic help agency operating islandwide from its office at 135 Middle Road, offering maid placement services for households seeking full-time foreign domestic workers. KakiList has verified its operating details and contact channels, and the business is registered with ACRA. With only 2 Google reviews at 5/5, the rating should be treated as directional only given the very small sample size. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range ($$) on a package basis, though specific placement fees were not provided — enquire directly for a written breakdown.
When engaging a maid agency, the process begins with confirming that the agency holds a valid MOM Employment Agency (EA) Licence, which is verifiable on MOM's online EA directory. Once confirmed, discuss your household's specific requirements: the type of helper you need (new hire or transfer), source-country preference (Indonesia, Philippines, Myanmar, or Sri Lanka), monthly salary expectations (typically S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience), and whether your household qualifies for the concessionary MOM levy of S$60 per month rather than the standard S$300. Clarify what is bundled into the placement fee — mandatory FDW insurance, the Settling-In Programme, medical examination, and Work Permit application — versus what is billed separately. Ask specifically about the replacement guarantee window and the terms that activate or void it.
To proceed, contact TKS Employment Consultancy via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to request a written fee schedule and to verify the agency's EA Licence number before paying any deposit.
Verify the EA Licence number on MOM's online EA directory before paying any deposit, and read the agency contract's replacement, refund, and early-termination clauses.
I just wish to share that after many unsuccessful maid hires, I am very glad that I have found TKS Employment consultancy. Rosanne was very patient in explaining to me the dynamics to hire a Burmese helper, to which I was quite apprehensive at the start. However, after listening to Rosanne and after 2 months of hiring, I am really glad I have listen to Rosanne and tried out the Burmese helper. Although there are language issues, I listened to the advices and tried to be patient with the helper. Attitude of helper was good, although they needed to be taught almost everything as the girls are mostly from village, they have good learning attitudes. I would highly recommend this Maid agency to all.
Very pleased with the seamless placement process of our 1st helper. Was quite worried about the quality of the helper initially as we have a 1yo baby at home. With much guidance and assistance from TKS we managed to get our helper within a month and I must say she is really good for a 1st timer working as a FDW. She is well trained in the basic household chores, and is very diligent, pro-active and obedient. Most importantly the communication barrier due to language which was our main concern initially did not pose any problems to us as we expected. Our helper is able to understand and read basic english which saved us alot of time on putting forth our expectations. TKS was very helpful throughout and consistently checking in if we faced any issues even after successful placement. Shoutout to Rosanne and a big thank you for finding me my other arm! Definitely recommend TKS for Myanmmar helpers!

TKS Employment Consultancy Pte Ltd uses a package pricing model, though specific placement fees were not published at the time of listing. As a market reference, new-hire placement fees in Singapore typically run S$1,500–3,500, while transfer helpers (already in Singapore on a valid Work Permit) generally attract a lower fee of S$500–1,500. Beyond the placement fee, budget for the helper's monthly salary (S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience) and the monthly MOM levy — S$300 standard, or S$60 concessionary if your household includes a child under 16, an elderly member aged 67 or above, or a person with disability. Confirm whether mandatory FDW insurance (~S$300–600/year), the Settling-In Programme, Work Permit application, and the pre-employment medical exam are bundled or billed separately. Every legitimate maid agency in Singapore must hold an MOM Employment Agency (EA) Licence, which is publicly verifiable on MOM's online EA directory by agency name or licence number. The licence number should appear on the agency's website, contracts, and invoices. At the time of listing, no EA Licence was recorded in TKS Employment Consultancy's regulatory data — confirm this directly with the agency and cross-check on the MOM directory before paying any deposit. EA Grading runs from A+ to C; agencies rated A+ or A demonstrate stronger compliance track records and better complaint-handling outcomes. Engaging an unlicensed agent is illegal, leaves you with no recourse if a helper absconds or the agency ceases to operate, and can void your FDW insurance. Verify the EA Licence number on MOM's online EA directory before paying any deposit, and read the agency contract's replacement, refund, and early-termination clauses carefully.
The standard industry replacement window in Singapore is typically six months from the helper's arrival date, with one replacement included. Confirm with TKS Employment Consultancy how many replacements are covered, what circumstances activate the guarantee (documented skill or character mismatch versus simple change of preference), and what voids it. Also clarify the early-termination process. If a placement breaks down outside the guarantee window, the household bears the costs of the repatriation flight, Work Permit cancellation paperwork, and any unused MOM levy. Getting these terms in writing before signing the agency contract protects you if the arrangement does not work out.
