About Trinity Employment Agency

About Trinity Employment Agency

Trinity Employment Agency is a domestic helper placement agency based at 317 Outram Road, serving households islandwide in Singapore. KakiList has verified the operating details and contact channel; however, no ACRA registration has been confirmed, no MOM Employment Agency (EA) Licence appears on record, and only 3 Google reviews are available at a rating of 3.7 out of 5 — too small a sample to draw reliable conclusions. Pricing is indicated as mid-range, though no specific placement fees have been published.

Families looking to place a foreign domestic worker (FDW) typically begin by deciding whether they need a new-hire helper or a transfer helper — the latter is faster to deploy and usually carries a lower placement fee. Key considerations include source-country preference (Indonesia, Philippines, Myanmar, or Sri Lanka), the helper's experience profile, monthly salary expectations (typically S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience), and the monthly MOM levy your household will pay (S$300 standard, or the concessionary S$60 rate if your household includes a child under 16, an elderly member aged 67 or above, or a person with disability). A legitimate agency will also bundle or itemise mandatory FDW insurance, the Settling-In Programme, the medical examination, and the Work Permit application.

To take the next step, contact Trinity Employment Agency by phone or via the enquiry form on their listing to ask about current helper profiles, placement fees, and the replacement guarantee window before committing to any deposit.

I have called many agencies when looking for a maid and I found that this is a good and trustworthy agency. Adeline from Trinity Employment Service was very responsive, sincere and efficient. Throughout the process she was very polite and helpful. I also found that they really screened their maids and when they found a weakness, they did not hide it but let us know upfront (unlike other agencies who might hide it). Especially during the time of Covid19, they were very understanding. I had some issues on my end and though they had the legal right to not return me anything, they chose, out of goodwill, to refund me a portion without any hassle. This demonstrated to me that they were not all about money and making profits but they were a business with a heart of grace and compassion. In this time where everyone is sure to be hit hard by Covid19, they still chose to lose some of profit and be kind. The refunding process was quick, responsive and polite (I would imagine other companies withholding refund as much as possible, slowly respond and even being rude). I would definitely go back to them if I needed their service in the future. Thank you for the wonderful and kind experience.

I was referred to this agency by a friend and saw the 5 stars rating but my experience with this agency is totally disappointing. I will leave the quality and untrue information of the helper's ability out of this because I understand that sometimes the helper might not be all honest. What is totally disappointing is the service of the agent (i.e. Samantha). Despite all my requests for help in helping to work things out with this helper, all I get was lip service and the message "there is nothing we can do for you." Responses were late most of the time. Simple thing like the bank account (I.e., which they were the ones to offer to set up for the helper) took me 2 months of constant chasing to come back with an answer "I think you need to do it on your own". Their fee is not cheap by the way. It extremely depressing that I wasted a good few thousands dollar to get an incompetent helper and end up doing the administrative work on my own. If you are looking for a responsive and responsible agent to help you, go somewhere else. The service here is really horrible.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Trinity Employment Agency charge?

Placement fees for a new-hire helper typically run S$1,500–3,500 at agencies in Singapore; transfer helpers, who are already in the country and available more quickly, usually attract a lower placement fee of S$500–1,500. Trinity Employment Agency lists its pricing as mid-range, but has not published specific figures — confirm the exact placement fee in writing before paying any deposit. Beyond the placement fee, budget for the helper's monthly salary (S$550–800 depending on nationality and experience), the monthly MOM levy (S$300 standard, or the concessionary S$60 rate for qualifying households), mandatory FDW insurance (~S$300–600 per year), the Settling-In Programme, a pre-employment medical examination, and Work Permit application costs. Clarify which of these are bundled and which are billed separately. See the full maid agency cost guide for Singapore →

Is Trinity Employment Agency MOM-licensed?

Every legitimate maid agency in Singapore is required to hold an MOM Employment Agency (EA) Licence, which is publicly verifiable on MOM's online EA directory by agency name or licence number. The licence number should appear on the agency's website, in its contracts, and on invoices. At the time of this listing, no MOM EA Licence has been confirmed for Trinity Employment Agency — this is a significant gap that prospective clients should resolve before paying any fees. EA Grading runs from A+ to C; A+ and A agencies have stronger compliance and complaint-handling track records. Engaging an unlicensed agent is illegal, provides no recourse if a placement falls through, and can void your FDW insurance. Verify the EA Licence number on MOM's online EA directory before paying any deposit, and read the agency contract's replacement, refund, and early-termination clauses.

What replacement guarantee does Trinity Employment Agency offer?

The industry standard replacement window is six months from the helper's arrival date, though terms vary by agency. Confirm in writing how many free replacements are included within that window, what circumstances void the guarantee (for example, documented mismatch versus a change of mind), and what fee applies for any additional replacements beyond the covered number. Also clarify the early-termination process — if a placement breaks down after the guarantee window closes, the household bears repatriation flight costs, unused levy refund administration, and Work Permit cancellation paperwork. Understanding these costs upfront helps you assess the true risk of a placement that does not work out. As Trinity Employment Agency has not published its replacement policy publicly, ask for the full terms in writing before signing any contract.
