We reached out to TSM for a confinement nanny pretty early—like 5 months before the baby was due. We told Elaine what we needed and our due date, and she was awesome. Seriously responsive, answered everything super fast, and wasn't pushy at all. She didn't try to upsell any packages, which was great. We never felt rushed to book a spot; she gave us all the time we needed. After we decided to go with them, we just paid the deposit, filled out a form, and were all set. About 3 months before the due date, Elaine called to say our nanny, Fanny, was assigned. She offered us an interview, but we passed after reviewing Fanny’s experience. When the baby was born, we just texted Elaine the discharge date, and she took care of the rest. Fanny was already there when we drove home. I observed that she was particular about hygiene; she asked to clean up the second she walked in before touching the baby. We showed her around, and she shared with us a grocery list. My first impression was that she was sharp and knew her way around without us having to guide her. Honestly, the rest of the month was on autopilot for her. Fanny was not only meticulous but also super friendly and easy-going—she just fit right in. She was basically a superhero: cooking and cleaning up after every meal, washing all the laundry, and taking care of mummy and baby all day. She did more than her scope by keeping the house and kitchen clean every evening. We worried sometimes because she only ate light breakfast and a full meal a day, despite working 24/7 (her only real breaks were when the baby was sleeping!). She even kept the bathroom spotless and dry. The month flew by and I’m so thankful she taught us so much and got us up to speed with the baby so quickly. On her last day of service, even though she has a transport to catch, she cooked all our meals in advance, washing everything (clothes, sheets), and doing one last deep clean of the toilet. Even after her service ended, she would still text us to check in on the baby and offer helpful advice. We were so grateful for Fanny's help. If we ever need a nanny again, we will be engaging Elaine(TSM) and Fanny.

We engaged Auntie Christine through TSM nanny & confinement for 28 days and we are extremely satisfied and happy with Auntie Christine. As a mother, I was able to sleep and rest well. She takes care of my baby so well and shared many valuable experiences about taking care of newborn etc. Also, she does excellent cooking, we love her handmade yong tau foo so much. Not only she cares for baby, she also prepared my daily red dates tea and daily shower herbs water. We are super thankful to have engaged the services of Cecilia. She had excellent knowledge and an instant ability to sooth a crying baby. She was always proactive, sincere to listen and always giving her best to take care of our baby and also to pass on her skills onto us. All-in-all, her communication and pleasant nature made it really easy for us to cohabit, especially when this is our first time doing so. Finally the icing on the cake would be her ability to whip up tasty dishes, which is better than a lot of zi char. Highly recommended!

This confinement agency is pretty new but both my brother and myself have used their nannies on separate occasions and the nannies have all been professional and easy to work with. In this instance, I got nanny Chan. She’s easygoing and very calm and nice personality. It took a few days for her to assimilate into our home. At first, it was a bit difficult to communicate with her as she and I had different expectations. For example, I assumed that she would personally make all the confinement soups. When she told me to get the ready-made packs instead, I was a bit annoyed as I would have bought them in advance if I knew. In any case, my husband and I managed to find them online for a good price and bought them. Her cooking is brilliant but in the beginning, I felt like she focused on that more than the baby. I was annoyed at first, but decided to try and speak to her about it. She understood that I wanted help with baby as first priority and didn’t need the food to be on time. After that, our relationship was very smooth-sailing. She takes care of baby very well and we rely on her a lot especially at nights. When we transferred baby to our room to get used to it before the nanny left, it was really hard especially for me as mummy. I really appreciated her a lot more then! I’m sad to see her go as she’s managed to establish a good rapport with my baby so quickly and baby is almost immediately calm in her arms. We really are grateful to her for her help and wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again for the next one.
