I had been struggling with back pain and decided to visit a physiotherapist near my office, then I found TSquared Physio at Raffles Place. After just two sessions with Nicholas, the senior physiotherapist, my condition improved by about 90%! Nicholas is patience, knowledgeable, and very dedicated in explaining the root cause of the pain and guiding me through the right exercises . His treatment was effective, and I genuinely felt cared for throughout the process. Highly recommend Nicholas to anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy physiotherapist. He truly deserves more awareness and recognition!

I came to Rui Yan after tearing my LCL, and honestly I was frustrated and worried about making it worse. Simple movements caused sharp pain on the outside of my knee, and I felt unstable, like my knee could give way at any time. At the start, I couldn’t train at all, avoided stairs and turns, and even walking for more than a short period made me anxious. I had lost confidence in my knee and was constantly afraid of re-injury. Rui helped me with a clear, structured rehab plan that progressed at the right pace. He explained exactly what was happening with my injury, what I could safely do, and why each exercise mattered, which helped me trust the process. What stood out was his calm and patient approach. He never rushed my recovery and always made sure I felt safe and in control at every stage. Now I’m able to train again, move confidently, and trust my knee without fear. I feel stronger, more stable, and far more confident in my body than before the injury.

I came to see Ewa at TSquared Lab in Raffles Place for a frozen shoulder that was causing me immense pain and ruining my sleep. Ewa, the physiotherapist was incredibly empathetic and patient, taking the time to explain the condition and tailoring the exercises to my comfort level, pushing me only when I was ready. As a result, I have regained nearly full use of my arm and I can now sleep pain free. The sessions were professional yet very encouraging. I highly recommend to anyone suffering from this condition!

I came to Rui Yan because I was struggling with an injury (meniscus tear) and honestly wasn’t sure what I could safely do anymore. At the start, I could walk only 10 mins at most a day with the help of a walking stick. Before that, I was active and regularly walked 10K steps. But after the injury, my physical activity was severly restricted. My confidence was at all time low , resigned to an inactive life relying on a walking stick, to move around. However things changed drastically for the better when I met Rui Yan. He helped me by putting me through a clear progressive and structured rehab programme. He was patient explaining why we were doing certain exercises. I regained my muscle strength and more importantly self-confidence, that I could do many of the things that I stopped doing. What stood out was Rui yan's calm and safe approach, patience and clarity at each step of the way. The program was tailored for me, never rushing me to do things that I wasn't comfortable but at the same time encouraging me to try my best so I could make tangible improvements without inadvertently huring myself, which is a great motivational factor - I saw progress in my rehab ! Now I can walk confidently without a walking stick and experiencing the joy of being able to exercise again. Thanks Rui Yan!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does TSquared Physio (HarbourFront) charge per session?

TSquared Physio (HarbourFront) is positioned in the mid-range pricing band ($$), but specific per-session rates were not listed publicly and should be confirmed directly with the clinic before booking. In the Singapore physiotherapy market, private clinic consultations typically run S$80–180 per session depending on session duration, treatment modality (manual therapy, dry needling, shockwave, ultrasound), and whether it is an initial assessment or a follow-up. Packages of multiple sessions are commonly available at a reduced per-session rate. Confirm whether GST is included in the quoted price, the cancellation and no-show policy, and whether direct insurance billing is available. See the full physiotherapy cost guide for Singapore →

Do I need a referral or assessment first?

Physiotherapy in Singapore does not legally require a GP referral — you can book directly. However, a referral letter from your doctor or specialist is worth obtaining if you intend to claim through an integrated shield plan, corporate health insurance, or the Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS), as some insurers require it for reimbursement. At TSquared Physio (HarbourFront), your first visit will typically include an intake assessment covering your medical history, the nature and duration of your complaint, functional limitations, and relevant imaging or investigation results if you have them. Bring any existing MRI, X-ray, or specialist reports, as these help the physiotherapist establish an accurate baseline and tailor the treatment plan from the outset. If your condition involves a recent injury, post-operative recovery, or a chronic complaint that has not responded to prior treatment, mention this when booking so that adequate time is allocated for the first session.

Is the practitioner licensed?

Physiotherapists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Registration is individual to each practitioner and is publicly verifiable on the AHPC online register at health.moh.gov.sg. No regulatory licences were listed for TSquared Physio (HarbourFront) in the information available to KakiList — this does not necessarily indicate a problem, as AHPC registration is held by individual therapists rather than the clinic entity, but it is worth confirming the treating physiotherapist's name and AHPC registration number directly before your first appointment. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the AHPC public register before treatment.
