The first session normally includes a physical assessment and discussion of treatment history before a care plan is proposed. To make an enquiry, reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form — ask for available appointment slots, confirm the consultation fee, and request the treating physiotherapist's AHPC registration number before your first visit.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the AHPC public register before treatment.
I had been struggling with back pain and decided to visit a physiotherapist near my office, then I found TSquared Physio at Raffles Place. After just two sessions with Nicholas, the senior physiotherapist, my condition improved by about 90%! Nicholas is patience, knowledgeable, and very dedicated in explaining the root cause of the pain and guiding me through the right exercises . His treatment was effective, and I genuinely felt cared for throughout the process. Highly recommend Nicholas to anyone looking for a professional and trustworthy physiotherapist. He truly deserves more awareness and recognition!
Rui Yan is an exceptional physiotherapist. After going through a couple of knee surgeries, ive had some various pains doing sports and even normal aspects of life. Thanks to his dedication and programme, my knees is now feeling significantly better. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about his patient’s recovery. I couldn’t recommend Rui Yan highly enough! Thank you!
I came to Rui Yan after tearing my LCL, and honestly I was frustrated and worried about making it worse. Simple movements caused sharp pain on the outside of my knee, and I felt unstable, like my knee could give way at any time. At the start, I couldn’t train at all, avoided stairs and turns, and even walking for more than a short period made me anxious. I had lost confidence in my knee and was constantly afraid of re-injury. Rui helped me with a clear, structured rehab plan that progressed at the right pace. He explained exactly what was happening with my injury, what I could safely do, and why each exercise mattered, which helped me trust the process. What stood out was his calm and patient approach. He never rushed my recovery and always made sure I felt safe and in control at every stage. Now I’m able to train again, move confidently, and trust my knee without fear. I feel stronger, more stable, and far more confident in my body than before the injury.
I came to see Ewa at TSquared Lab in Raffles Place for a frozen shoulder that was causing me immense pain and ruining my sleep. Ewa, the physiotherapist was incredibly empathetic and patient, taking the time to explain the condition and tailoring the exercises to my comfort level, pushing me only when I was ready. As a result, I have regained nearly full use of my arm and I can now sleep pain free. The sessions were professional yet very encouraging. I highly recommend to anyone suffering from this condition!
I came to Rui Yan because I was struggling with an injury (meniscus tear) and honestly wasn’t sure what I could safely do anymore. At the start, I could walk only 10 mins at most a day with the help of a walking stick. Before that, I was active and regularly walked 10K steps. But after the injury, my physical activity was severly restricted. My confidence was at all time low , resigned to an inactive life relying on a walking stick, to move around. However things changed drastically for the better when I met Rui Yan. He helped me by putting me through a clear progressive and structured rehab programme. He was patient explaining why we were doing certain exercises. I regained my muscle strength and more importantly self-confidence, that I could do many of the things that I stopped doing. What stood out was Rui yan's calm and safe approach, patience and clarity at each step of the way. The program was tailored for me, never rushing me to do things that I wasn't comfortable but at the same time encouraging me to try my best so I could make tangible improvements without inadvertently huring myself, which is a great motivational factor - I saw progress in my rehab ! Now I can walk confidently without a walking stick and experiencing the joy of being able to exercise again. Thanks Rui Yan!

Physiotherapy fees in Singapore typically range from S$80–180 per session for a first consultation and S$60–150 for follow-up sessions at private clinics, though rates vary by practitioner seniority, session duration, and any modalities used (dry needling, ultrasound, shockwave therapy, or manual therapy add-ons). TSquared Physio (Raffles Place) displays a mid-range price indicator, but specific fees are not published in this listing. Ask directly about the first-consultation fee, whether a package of sessions is available at a reduced per-session rate, the cancellation and no-show policy, and whether sessions are claimable under your insurer or Medisave (physiotherapy at non-MOH-approved institutions is generally not Medisave-claimable). A GP or specialist referral is not required to book physiotherapy at a private clinic in Singapore — you can self-refer directly. However, bringing any recent medical reports, imaging (X-ray, MRI), or specialist letters is useful and helps the physiotherapist contextualise your condition more quickly. The first visit usually involves a detailed intake assessment covering your medical history, symptom onset, aggravating and relieving factors, and functional goals. If you are planning to claim through a private insurer, check whether your policy requires a GP referral letter to validate the claim before your appointment. Patients with complex conditions such as post-stroke rehabilitation, severe spinal pathology, or post-surgical protocols should confirm that the clinic has experience managing their specific presentation.
Physiotherapists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Registration is verifiable on the AHPC public register at healthprofessionals.gov.sg — search by the practitioner's name before booking. No licences are recorded in this KakiList listing, so it is especially important to confirm the treating physiotherapist's AHPC registration number directly with the clinic. A registered physiotherapist will typically display their registration certificate at the clinic or provide the number on request. Confirm the practitioner's AHPC registration number on the public register before treatment.
