We found Ultra Space through Homematch. After seeing a few IDs & other reno company, Ultra Space tick our checklist & our chemistry with Justin, Noel & Eddie was a bonus. Every home projects there will always be challenges but the team manage to help us overcome it with option that suits our budget & situation. We were kept posted of the progress on timely manner with photos & videos by Noel & Justin. The contractors & suppliers they use are not cheap but the quality & service is undeniable good, including after service follow-up. We are so glad we chose Eddie and Noel to be our Interior Designers. The team was very quick to respond to our questions and always gave us useful ideas and thoughts about the design. They were also very open to ideas we brought to the table and suggest practical solutions to it. When our idea is not practical, they would recommend alternative solutions to achieve the same effect. The builders and workers they hired did high-quality work and paid close attention to the details. Of course, every renovation has its tricky moments, Noel worked closely with the contractors to rectify things fast, making sure the solutions were both of quality and practical for our home.

Engaged Ultra Space Design for my home and the overall experience was very good. The team (Eddie, Justin and Noel) was responsive, professional and easy to communicate with throughout the entire renovation process. They took the time to understand my requirements and also provided practical suggestions that improved the overall design. One thing I really appreciate is that they managed to hand over the house according to the timeline they initially proposed, which is not always easy in renovation projects. Their pricing may not be the cheapest in the market but the quality of workmanship, attention to detail and professionalism truly justify the price. The finishing was done nicely and any small issues were handled promptly. Overall, the renovation process was smooth and much less stressful than expected. I’m very happy with how my home turned out and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and responsible renovation company.

We found Ultra Space Desing through EZiD. Our designer, Eddie, was amazing at listening to our ideas and understanding our requirements. We had some ideas and theme of what we wanted, and Eddie brought in fresh ideas and suggestions that really elevated the design. The entire process felt collaborative. I appreciated that Eddie took the time to really understand our style preferences, lifestyle, and the functionality we wanted from the space. We felt like my feedback was always considered. Eddie did a very good work on the box up of my CCS aircon trucking. The box up included curved edges which soften the whole living room feel. The finished design of the box up is beyond what I had envisioned! The project was completed on schedule, which was a huge relief. There were a few minor adjustments along the way, but the team communicated effectively and ensured that any changes were handled smoothly and efficiently. Throughout the renovation process, Eddie was responsive and progressively provide us video updates on the progress. He always available to answer any questions or concerns. He made sure everything was perfect and even followed up after the project was completed to ensure we are completely satisfied. I am thrilled with my new space and would highly recommend Ultra Space Design to anyone looking to renovate their home. Eddie’s professionalism, creativity, and dedication to quality are truly impressive. We’ll definitely be hiring them again for future projects!
