If you are considering physiotherapy at UrbanRehab, the usual starting point is an initial consultation where the physiotherapist conducts a physical assessment to understand your presenting condition — whether that is post-surgical rehabilitation, a sports injury, musculoskeletal pain, or a chronic condition. From there, a treatment plan is established covering the modalities to be used, the recommended frequency of sessions, and any home-exercise programme you will be expected to follow between visits. You can reach UrbanRehab via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form. Before booking, it is worth confirming whether the clinic offers individual or package pricing and what the cancellation policy is for appointments.
To take the next step, contact UrbanRehab directly through WhatsApp or phone to describe your condition and request an initial consultation appointment at the Novena Square clinic.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
Location: Accessible Clinic: Modern and clean Registration and Appointment: Easy Front Desk: Friendly and courteous! Physiotherapist: Emily is the best! Addresses my needs; she will explain details to you clearly and in a manner than you can and will understand. As a person who cannot multitask, she was very patient demonstrating the exercises that I need to do to help me manage my pain. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a PT!!
My physiotherapist Emily is amazing, especially with sport injuries like ankle sprains, shoulder injuries etc. She will teach dynamic and realistic movements to ensure that your injured ankle is able to do those dynamic movements. Some exercises like walking up and down the stairs, side to side movements are often overlooked, but she will make sure to rehab and train your ankle again to make sure that it is stable and able to handle those dynamic situations. Thanks Emily for the help! My ankle is so much better now, where I am able to go back for my weightlifting and dance classes!
Nisha was a great physiotherapist to work with. She helped me with my recovery from an annular tear. Her excellent spirit, warmth and professional medical advices helped me to feel at ease and assured. Overall a very pleasant experience at urban rehab (novena)!

Nisha Mistry is my physiotherapist and she is absolutely phenomenal! She cured my Achilles tendonitis which I have been suffering for decades because she knows exactly what was wrong and how to go about treating it! I would highly recommend anyone with similar symptoms to consult her! Thanks so much, Nisha!

Physiotherapy session fees in Singapore typically range from S$80 to S$180 per session at private clinics, depending on the duration, modalities used, and whether the visit is an initial assessment or a follow-up. Some clinics offer discounted packages when multiple sessions are purchased upfront. UrbanRehab displays a mid-range price indicator ($$), but specific per-session fees are not published on the listing. Contact the clinic directly to confirm the initial consultation fee, follow-up session rate, and whether package pricing is available. Also clarify the cancellation and rescheduling policy, as most private physiotherapy clinics charge a late-cancellation fee. See the full physiotherapy cost guide for Singapore →
You do not need a GP referral to book a private physiotherapy appointment in Singapore — you can contact UrbanRehab directly. That said, if you plan to claim physiotherapy costs through an insurer or your employer's medical benefits, a GP referral letter is often required before treatment begins, so it is worth checking your policy first. At the first visit, expect to complete an intake form covering your medical history, current medications, and the nature of your complaint. The physiotherapist will then conduct a physical assessment before recommending a treatment approach. If your condition involves a recent fracture, post-operative recovery, or a red-flag symptom such as unexplained neurological changes, the physiotherapist may request imaging reports or coordinate with your specialist.
Physiotherapists in Singapore must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Registration is verifiable on the AHPC public register at www.healthprofessionals.gov.sg — search by name or registration number before your first appointment. UrbanRehab's listing does not currently specify the registered physiotherapists by name, and no regulatory licences are listed on the KakiList profile. Before booking, ask the clinic to confirm the full names of treating physiotherapists and their AHPC registration numbers so you can verify independently. This is standard practice and any legitimate clinic should have no hesitation providing this information. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the AHPC public register before treatment.
