When enquiring, confirm the capacity for your specific event format — standing cocktail typically accommodates 1.5–2 times the banquet seated number, while theatre seating sits between the two. As a bistro bar, F&B is most likely handled in-house, so clarify whether external caterers are permitted or whether there is a minimum spend per head in lieu of a hall rental fee. Ask about the bar service and whether a Liquor Licence covers the premises for your event date. Check the A/V provision — PA system, microphone, projector or screen — as well as aircon hours, noise curfew (River Valley is a mixed residential and entertainment district, so confirm the cutoff), parking nearby, and setup and teardown access windows outside the rented slot. If you plan a wedding solemnisation, confirm whether the venue is registered with ROM.
To proceed, call or submit the enquiry form on KakiList with your event date, expected headcount, and event format, then arrange a site recce before paying the deposit.
Do a site recce, confirm capacity for your specific event format (cocktail / banquet / theatre), and put the F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup/teardown access, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying the deposit.
We ordered mostly vegetarian. This restaurant serves lots of vegetarian options! Food was flavorful and portions are good for sharing. Even the basque burnt cheesecake was delicious.
Stumbled upon Vibez while looking for a cozy spot for a girls’ lunch, and it was such a lovely find. The Thai restaurant has a modern yet inviting interior, a relaxed ambience, and genuinely warm service. I had the Basil Chicken with Rice, which was delicious, and their set lunches are great value. Perfect place for a casual catch-up, will definitely be back!
Visited on a Sunday afternoon. Was not crowded and very chill. Vibes in the place is really chillest with the right music to match. Food here is Thai Fusion with alot of healthy and vegan options. Tried their Thai food, spicy stir fried noodles and ladna. Both very tasty. We also had Thai Ceviche, which was perfect for a hot afternoon. Service could have been a little more attentive, but that was by no means a negative point, it was a lazy Sunday afternoon after all. Will visit again for sure.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place serving good drinks and good food. I went there with some colleagues after work and we ordered Seafood Pad Thai and Green curry for rice to share, Isan Grilled Pork, Mini Pandan Wings, Thai Ceviche, Thai Garlic Pork Ribs and Mango Sticky Rice. Everything was so good and had such authentic Thai flavours to it that you can’t get anywhere else. Compliments to the chef! If you go, the Mango Sticky Rice is a MUST order.
Visited many times and it never fails to please the palatte. Food is as good as it looks. Friendly and knowledgeable staffs. Cozy ambience.

Vibez Bistro Bar prices on a package basis, which for a bistro bar venue typically means a food and beverage minimum spend per head in lieu of — or in addition to — a hall rental fee, rather than a straight hourly rate. Function room and small-venue packages in Singapore generally run S$1,500–8,000+ for a half-day event depending on capacity, F&B inclusion, and day of week. Itemise what is included before committing: aircon hours, basic A/V, staffing, cleaning, and setup and teardown access. Add-ons to confirm include external-caterer corkage (typical S$3–8 per head if permitted), liquor corkage if bringing your own wine or spirits, and any extended-hours surcharge outside the curfew. GST and service charge will apply on F&B. See the full venue rental cost guide for Singapore →
As a bistro bar, Vibez Bistro Bar most likely operates with in-house F&B, meaning your event spend goes toward a food and beverage minimum rather than a separate room hire fee. Confirm whether external caterers are permitted and, if so, whether a corkage charge per head applies and whether there is an approved-caterer list. For the bar, confirm whether the Liquor Licence covers private events on your chosen date and what the BYO policy is. Ask about capacity in standing cocktail versus seated formats — River Valley venues in this footprint typically accommodate 50–150 guests depending on layout. For wedding solemnisations, confirm whether the venue is a registered ROM solemnisation venue or whether you need to arrange a Justice of the Peace separately.
A deposit of typically 30–50% is required to secure the date, with the balance due one to two weeks before the event. Popular Friday and Saturday evenings in the Mohamed Sultan Road area book out several months ahead, particularly during wedding season in March–April and October–November, so enquire early if your date is fixed. Confirm the noise curfew — River Valley is adjacent to residential areas, so a 10–11pm cutoff is common. Clarify parking options (street parking and nearby commercial carparks on Mohamed Sultan Road), accessibility (lift or ramp access, accessible toilets), and what happens if a force-majeure situation requires postponement — reputable venues typically allow rescheduling within 6–12 months without forfeiting the deposit. Do a site recce before paying any deposit.
