For our first home renovation few years back, we compared 7, 8 IDs before we made the decision. And for this time round for our new home, we have already made our mind after meeting with Winnie & Aaron which is only the second IDs we met. Very professional and easy to deal with. Gave good ideas on designs and space utilization. And willing to get their hands dirty for hands-on when needed. I am glad that my 30-year-old five room flat has smoothly completed its makeover with the help from Winnie and Aaron of WA Dexign. They were recommended to me by a friend who just completed his renovation when I was about to start mine. During my initial search for an Interior Designer (ID), I heard and read bad reviews of some ID / contractors and was rather worried that I might end up facing the same issues. But, to my great relief, WA Dexign did not let me down and they lived up to their high rating. Both Winnie and Aaron were good listeners who tried to understand my needs though I was unclear of what exactly I wanted. They were exceptionally patient to accommodate my changes and also in reminding me when I was late in my decisions or purchases of items. They were able to give me advice which I was glad I took heed, else there would be regrets post renovation. Also, they were quick to have their contractors make rectifications when feedback was given. My nieces are very impressed with the newly renovated house and my friends also find it nice. I am thankful to Winnie and Aaron for walking with me this renovation journey. It started off with uncertainties but ended in satisfaction.

Working with Winnie and Aaron from WA Dexign was the best decision I made for my home reno. They were attentive and responsive to my questions throughout the whole reno process from start to end. They were easy to work with, incorporating my requests into the design, within what was possible given my budget. The team constantly kept me updated of my reno progress by sending me pictures and provided me with a schedule of key milestones to look out for. Even when it came to touch ups, the team was committed and constantly checked for any defects to be rectified. Couldn’t have asked for a better ID team with Winnie and Aaron. Highly recommended!
