When enquiring, confirm the capacity for your specific event format — standing cocktail typically accommodates 1.5–2× the banquet seated number, with theatre seating falling between the two. Clarify whether F&B is in-house only, whether external caterers are permitted (and whether a corkage fee or an approved-caterer list applies), and whether a Liquor Licence covers bar service on-site. Ask about A/V provision — PA system, projector, screen, microphones, and lighting — as well as aircon hours, soundproofing, and the noise curfew, which can vary depending on the building and surrounding occupancy. Confirm setup and teardown access windows, as these are often outside the rented time slot. For weddings, establish whether the venue holds registered ROM solemnisation status or whether a Justice of the Peace must be arranged separately. Accessibility — lift access, ramps, and accessible toilets — should also be confirmed for guests with mobility needs.
To proceed, contact WeWork Singapore by phone or through the enquiry form to check availability for your event date, request a site recce, and obtain the full package pricing in writing before paying any deposit.
Do a site recce, confirm capacity for your specific event format (cocktail / banquet / theatre), and put the F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup/teardown access, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying the deposit.
First visit here, its good so far. Receptionist gave a quick, short and sweet intro. The most important is this outlet opens until midnight. Because my work is US timing, i have to have access after 6pm. Note that probably only half of the Weworks in Singapore have access after 6pm. There is also shower facility here, which is a plus point if you gym or go for a jog and want to have a shower. Downside is, after 6pm the Air Con seems to be turned off, and totally no ventilation at all. Bring a portable mini fan.
Coming from a corporate role, I was surprised how easy it was to adapt to this new way of working. The office is well furnished, good music, and free flowing coffee and beer. It is a place of high energy - where you feel like people are getting s*** done and going places — but at no point does that become a distraction to getting one’s own work done. If you’re hesitant to try coworking spaces out, give it a shot. You’ll be pleasantly surprised :)
At its core, WeWork is about community and being surrounded by other like-minded people. Well designed working space with multiple value added benefits. Each floor has its own selection of beer, from breweries both local and national. There is fruit water on every floor. Members also get access to special members-only events.
Friendly staff and good environment. There are weekly events as well which makes it fun
We park at this building to go for a lunch. We requested to use the lift instead of the stairs as we had a wheelchair friend w us. But a lady security nag at us from the moment the lift door opens till we exit the main door. Strongly stress that we can't park at the building to go to restaurant. After lunch, while we make our entry back to the building lobby. She immediately stood up from her chair, follow us to the lift area and again remind us we are not supposed to use the building carpark as it will invite unnecessary covid exposure to people working in the building that use the lift. We had maintain our cool and do not want to have any verbal exchange with her but that did not stopped her from nagging. These encounters were witnessed by the male security who assisted in opening the basement door! It's very traumatising for the wheelchair friend to see such bad attitude n no sympathy during this pandemic. It's a real disappointment to park at this building. If public are inviting covid exposure and not welcoming to use the lift. Kindly display proper signage for notification or close the access of carpark for public usage.

WeWork Singapore prices event space on a package basis, which typically means an hourly hall rate or a per-event package rather than a flat published rate. In the Singapore market, function rooms generally run S$100–500/hour with a 2–4 hour minimum, while larger or premium spaces run higher. Per-event half-day packages at mid-sized venues typically start from S$1,500–8,000+, with full-day bookings climbing from S$8,000 upwards for ballroom-scale space. Itemise what is included before signing: aircon hours, basic A/V (PA, projector, screen), on-site staff, cleaning, and setup and teardown access windows. Common add-ons include external-caterer corkage (typical S$3–8/pax), liquor corkage if BYO, extended-hours surcharges, and photography or videography permits. Capacity at WeWork Singapore will vary by room type and event format — standing cocktail typically fits 1.5–2× the banquet seated number, with theatre seating between the two. Confirm the specific room dimensions and layout flexibility, including whether furniture can be rearranged or removed for your event format. On F&B, clarify whether the venue requires you to use an in-house catering provider, permits external caterers with or without a corkage fee, or maintains an approved-caterer list. Some WeWork locations have minimum F&B spends tied to the room booking. If you plan to serve alcohol, confirm whether a Liquor Licence covers the space or whether a BYO arrangement with corkage applies. For wedding solemnisations, ask whether the venue is a registered ROM solemnisation venue.
The standard Singapore venue booking model requires a deposit of 30–50% to secure the date, with the balance due 1–2 weeks before the event. Popular Saturday evening slots — particularly during wedding season in March–April and October–November — can book out 6–12 months ahead, so early enquiry is advisable. Confirm the noise curfew (typical 10–11pm for venues in buildings with mixed or residential-adjacent occupancy), parking arrangements, and accessibility. Ask what happens in a force-majeure scenario — reputable venues typically allow rescheduling within 6–12 months without forfeiting the deposit. A site recce before paying the deposit is standard practice. Do a site recce, confirm capacity for your specific event format (cocktail / banquet / theatre), and put the F&B policy, A/V inclusions, noise curfew, setup/teardown access, and rescheduling terms in writing before paying the deposit.
