I had an amazing experience working with Leon for my 1st home renovation. From the very first meeting, Leon has shown professionalism and took the time to understand my lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, budget, and translated all of that into a design that met aesthetic and practical needs. Throughout the entire process, communication was clear and always timely. What set him apart from others was always being prepared at meetings and helping to shortlist materials ahead of time, making decisions easier and faster. Leon was also very patient in helping to clear any doubts and questions that I had and would go the extra mile to offer any help that I needed. The reno process was also quicker than expected and any issues that cropped up during the process were also quickly addressed and fixed. Overall, he made the whole journey much smoother!

We engaged Benjamin from M2D to renovate our BTO and couldn’t be happier with the result. As first time home owners, it was re assuring to have Benjamin handle our renovation as he was always responsive throughout the whole process from even before we engaged him till the end. Benjamin was resourceful and gave us great suggestions to guide us along. We were anticipating the usual renovation hiccups and delays but we were fortunate to have a smooth experience. In fact he took less than 2 months to finish our project, and still showed great attention to detail and fine workmanship. Our interactions with his team members was always pleasant and professional. “Eh bro, next time help me Reno when I get my BTO leh”. What started out as a passing remark when I came across Bentoh again (Benjamin Toh, and yes that’s what I call him) during uni when he first told me he was entering the ID industry turned into reality 10 years later. We first got to know each other back in NS BMT. He was an earnest, hardworking chap with much passion and drive, striving to do his best in whatever he does. My words didn’t really carry much weight or thought at that time but rather just a kind gesture to him; similar to how anyone would react upon hearing that he was gonna deviate from the usual engineering path (expected him to pick up some engineering job, since we were both from the same uni cohort for mechanical engineering as well). Fast forward to this year, I got my 5-room BTO and randomly messaged him if he was still in the ID business. He wasn’t pushy at all and shared what he could provide, and recommended I speak to other IDs as well to understand what they could provide before settling on a decision. He could’ve just taken up my offer to do my Reno with him but he didn’t and wanted me to make an informed decision. Eventually we settled with him because we really liked the sleek and clean hotel-like kinda vibes that seem to be his specialty. No RAGRETS. My wife and I are both indecisive beings, we didn’t really have an idea of what kinda color theme and layout we wanted at that point. But my man Bentoh patiently ran through all the different options, guided us on the different layouts, came up with a mood board and even provided valuable insights on how the different colors flow together when we had difficulty visualising it. Unlike most IDs that we came across, he didn’t simply ask “what layout and theme you want”, but slowly guided us into discovering what we envision our home to be. Being new to this Reno journey and not knowing anything at that point in time, we really appreciated his “hand-holding” and could feel his warm embrace; like that of a loving mom. Reno started for my 5 room BTO, he provided constant updates, valuable suggestions on what colors to go with to ensure a smooth transition between one space to another. Fast forward to date, my wife and I are both 101% satisfied customers living in this lovely place we call home. Without the help of Bentoh and his team, this Reno journey couldn’t have been any smoother. This isn’t a 10/10 just out of friendship — he and his team truly earned it. Also, huge shout out to his team (Suhel, Teeha, Taizhong, Amin and company) who worked tirelessly behind the scenes. On one of the days when I visited my house at 7pm+ to check on the Reno progress, his guys were still there carrying out the works. They even worked on Saturdays at times. Insane. Without the delays on my end, he managed to complete my Reno in a mere 2months+. If you want your Reno journey to be smooth and fuss free, highly recommend you engage M2Decor. Else you be playing on hard mode difficulty for your Reno journey. Thanks bro. Continue doing what you do and I hope you’re still as passionate as you are 10 years down the road and have managed to improve the ID scene. tl;dr: solid and passionate chap and team, delivered quality inputs and workmanship. 11/10 satisfied.
