New clients typically begin with a first consultation during which the physiotherapist takes a full history, assesses mobility and functional limitations, and agrees on a treatment plan. Whether you are managing a musculoskeletal injury, post-surgical rehabilitation, chronic pain, or a neurological condition, it is worth clarifying at enquiry whether the therapist has relevant experience with your presenting condition. Sessions can be delivered on a single-session or recurring-package basis; confirm the cancellation and rescheduling policy before committing to a block of appointments. The centre can be reached via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form.
To take the next step, contact WINGS Therapy & Learning Center through WhatsApp or the enquiry form to describe your condition and intended frequency, and to confirm current appointment availability at the Kay Siang Road centre.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the AHPC public register before treatment.
We've had a wonderful experience at Wings Therapy. The center provides a supportive environment, everyone is kind, friendly and warm, and we’ve seen real progress in our child's development. Special thanks to Judith, the owner, whose passion and dedication are truly inspiring. And a shoutout to our amazing therapist Cam — his knowledge, skill, and care make every session meaningful. We’re so grateful to have found this team!
We found hope in the form of Wings 🤍 We've been bringing our daughter to Wings for close to 1 year now since she turned 3 months old, and are so grateful to have found them early on in our journey. The coaches are knowledgeable and actively adjust the exercises throughout the sessions, tailoring it to our daughter's progress and age. They also provide helpful suggestions on what we can do at home, and stay updated on my daughter's condition & medications to understand how it could affect her response to the exercises. Big thanks to all the coaches who have worked with our daughter, especially Coach Silvia and Coach Cam. There are no doubts that her progress is in large parts due to all of you!
The best physiotherapy centre in Singapore! Love the method and the coaches are so nice to my daughter! Never give up on us and our kids despite all the tantrum! 🫢🫢 we will be back to do the intensive programme soon!
The best therapy center in Singapore. This team of young and passionate therapists works hard to help children of different abilities achieve milestones and goals they never thought possible before. Like what Coach Ting En and her assistants did for my son. In less than a year of training with them, my son has greatly improved his gait and balance and can now walk up the stairs by alternating feet.
A big thank you 🙏🏼 to all the coaches at Wings for the exceptional rehabilitation services you provide for children with special needs. Your dedication, expertise, and compassion create a nurturing environment where every child is supported to reach their fullest potential. The physiotherapy and rehabilitation care you offer not only helps children gain strength and independence but also gives families hope and encouragement. We are truly grateful for the difference you are making in so many lives.

WINGS Therapy & Learning Center has not published a specific session rate on its listing. As a general reference, physiotherapy sessions in Singapore typically run S$80–180 per session for private clinics, with an initial assessment often priced higher than follow-up sessions. Package deals covering a fixed number of sessions are common and usually offer a modest saving over single-session pricing. Confirm the first-consultation fee, any assessment charge, and the per-session or package rate directly with the centre before booking. Ask also whether your insurer's outpatient physiotherapy benefit applies, as many corporate health plans reimburse private physiotherapy with a referral letter from a GP or specialist. Most private physiotherapy clinics in Singapore do not require a formal GP referral to book a first appointment, though a referral letter from your doctor can be helpful if you intend to claim through an insurer or Medisave (where applicable for certain conditions). At the first visit, expect to complete an intake form covering your medical history, current medications, and presenting complaint before the therapist carries out a physical assessment. If your condition involves post-surgical recovery, neurological involvement, or a complex chronic presentation, it is worth mentioning this when you enquire so the centre can confirm that the treating physiotherapist has relevant experience. Contraindications such as active infection, unhealed fractures, or certain cardiovascular conditions should also be disclosed at booking.
Physiotherapists practising in Singapore must be registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) under the Allied Health Professions Act. Registration is verifiable on the AHPC public register at www.healthprofessionals.gov.sg — search by the individual therapist's full name. WINGS Therapy & Learning Center does not currently list specific regulatory licences on its KakiList profile, so it is advisable to ask for the treating physiotherapist's AHPC registration number before your first appointment. Note that ACRA business registration was not confirmed for this provider. Confirm the practitioner's licence on the AHPC register before treatment.
