Dishonest. I have been going to Yixin tuina for many months, my husband and daughter too. The tuina ladies there go by number... We usually ask for number "X". Today I called and asked if number "X" was available for my daughter at 10am. They said yes. When my daughter reached, they just assigned her Tuina lady "Y" without an explanation. Being a teenager, she didn't dare to ask and just accepted the session. So beware of Yixin... No integrity, especially their tcm owner physician who is rude and can be heard squabbling with other customers.

Terrible Experience – Left in More Pain Than I Arrived With I made an appointment after waking up with a stiff neck, hoping that a session would bring some relief. Upon arriving, I was quickly ushered into a room and asked to change. The practitioner then asked how long I wanted the session to be—without asking why I was there, taking any of my details, or checking my medical history. I briefly explained I had a stiff neck, but the entire one-hour session was a nightmare. Despite telling her I was still in pain midway, she seemed impatient and continued applying even more pressure. I was visibly squirming and even tried to stop her by grabbing her hand, but she ignored it and kept going with excessive force. She also chided me for not stretching and warming up before gymming but I have never visited the gym? I went home with visible bruises on my shoulders and upper back. I certainly didn’t pay to feel worse, but that’s exactly what happened. Woke up the next day feeling even more pain. This was by far the worst TCM session I’ve ever experienced.

I have been a couple of times for treatment now. Most recently for a strained calf injury and another time a stiff neck. Mdm Wang as very good at administering the various treatments (needling and cupping and massage) and the needles which I am always scared of were really painless. Both times the injuries were quickly resolved after just one treatment. Highly recommended
