We urgently looked for a domestic helper to help my daughter who went through psychological setback needing urgent treatment from doctor due to stress she underwent from internship program (ITE). Ms. Yvonne from “Your Maid Agency” paid attention to my requirement to have most suitable candidate even contacting partner agents that we managed to find to the best satisfaction. Yvonne’s efforts very quick that IPA approved within a day and she acted very fast getting maid by reaching to the embassy as well without any delay.
Yvonne was very helpful and responsive with our queries. She was very patient when the employer (my nephew) was not able to provide the information required. Due to the late completion of the online course for new employer and the urgency for having the helper, Yvonne stayed up and tried to submit the application around 1.30 am on the day of her planned family trip. However, it was unsuccessful because the status of the completion of the course had not been reflected in the system, She managed to submit the application successful in the afternoon and our application was approved by MOM the next working Day.
