Dr Fan is a very experienced and sincere TCM Doctor, specially at Gynecology. She cures my historical illness which I am very appreciated and this avoids me to go through any surgery. The clinic in Toa Payoh is very convenient and assessable. The staff is very nice and patient. Chung Hua has very long history and it is very reliable. Highly recommend!👍🏻

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Toa Payoh Zhong Hua TCM during a consultation with Physician 赵英杰 Zhao Yingjie for my father, who has been diagnosed with stage 2 pancreatic cancer. From the outset, the focus of the consultation seemed to center on our financial situation. One of the first questions posed was about our ability to pay, followed by a suggestion to continue treatment at his private clinic, which charges higher fees. He then recommended a herbal prescription available only at his clinic for over $100. During the brief session, he also stated that my father’s prognosis was poor, estimating a life expectancy of 4–6 months, and strongly advised weekly visits to his private practice at approximately $70 per session. The experience left us disheartened. It felt transactional and lacked the compassion and professionalism we hoped for during such a vulnerable time. I would encourage others to consider carefully before seeking treatment here, especially if you’re looking for a patient-centered and ethical approach to care.

It has been a pleasant experience visiting ZHONG HUA TCM medical which is a private clinic located along Toa Payoh HDB shop houses. This TCM clinic has other locations too. Prior visited at Chung Hwa (head quarter) clinic where there are more patients there and waiting time might be longer at times. Realised their clinic logo might look similar. ZHONG HUA TCM medical clinic is newly renovated, clean and tidy. Their staffs are polite always with ready smile and greetings. The only thing is the clinic space is limited. Personally, I find Physician Joan Foo is attentive, patient and calm which mark her professionalism! She explains with clarity of TCM medical prescription and benefits of it. Overtime, it has helped and improved on my health conditions and sleep. Highly recommended for one to visit this TCM medical clinic. Thank u, Keep it up! 👍

Honestly the doctor 赵英杰 no good. Only want to earn money. Try at own risk and maybe others can review better. We went the Zhong hua hospital but he refer us here saying almost same price but no the price is 3 times of the price at Zhong hua hospital. And just chit chat without any treatment.
