About Angelin Baby and Child Clinic Woodlands
Angelin Baby and Child Clinic Woodlands is a paediatric clinic located at Blk 303 Woodlands Street 31, serving families across Singapore. The clinic has been KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. It holds a 4.2-out-of-5 rating across 150 Google reviews, a robust sample that provides a reasonable indication of patient experience. No regulatory licences are currently listed in the provider data, and no ACRA registration is confirmed; parents are advised to verify the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting paediatrician's Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration directly before booking.
For a first visit, parents typically contact the clinic by phone or through the online enquiry form to confirm appointment availability and bring along the child's health booklet, vaccination records, and any referral letter if coming via a polyclinic or GP. The clinic's paediatric focus means it is equipped to address childhood illnesses, developmental concerns, and the National Childhood Immunisation Programme (NIP) schedule. For specialist-level concerns — developmental delays, complex chronic conditions, or subspecialty referrals — confirm whether the attending doctor holds SMC specialist accreditation in Paediatric Medicine, as this determines the depth of care available on-site versus what requires onward referral to KKH or NUH. Private specialist consultations typically run S$120–250 for a first visit, with follow-ups at S$80–180, plus any investigations ordered.
To book an appointment, contact Angelin Baby and Child Clinic Woodlands by phone or through the enquiry form on their listing, and confirm the consulting doctor's SMC registration and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before your visit.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
I truly love Dr. Angeline. She’s not just a reliable doctor—she also takes the time to guide us parents on what to do at home, almost like giving us a first-aid toolkit that helps ease our worries and insecurities. The ambiance of her clinic is wonderful. My kids actually look forward to visits because the staff are so friendly and welcoming, and there’s even a play area where children can have fun while waiting. Most importantly, my kids love her too. They always remember her simple “lessons” on how to take care of themselves so they can recover faster. It’s such a comfort knowing we’re in such capable and caring hands.
I couldn't be more impressed with Angelin's Baby and Child Clinic. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a very polite and friendly receptionist who made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The entire atmosphere is comforting and professional, which is exactly what you want when bringing a child to the doctor. Dr. Angelin herself is simply fantastic. She is genuinely motherly and has a remarkable way of making both me and my child feel completely at ease. She conducted a thorough assessment, demonstrating her deep knowledge and expertise. What truly stands out is how welcoming and patient she is, she took the time to answer all of my questions and explain everything clearly, never making me feel rushed. This clinic is a true gem. The combination of Dr. Angelin's warm demeanor and her incredible skill, along with the kind and efficient staff, makes every visit a positive experience. I highly recommend Angelin's Baby and Child Clinic to any parent looking for compassionate and top-notch care for their child. They truly go above and beyond.
Since my first day to be mommy I was so lucky to bring my kids here, as whenever my kids are sick this is the only clinic to make me feel safe. The doctor is really so called Medical skill exquisite, no matter when and what my kids face to, she within 1st visit she already know the way to settle it and stop my kids disease immediately. The counter staff here are always so friendly. If you lucky to know this doctor and come here then I will assure you that you are settled. Your kids are settled as well.
As worried first-time parents, we took my 7 month son to see Dr Angelin when he came down with a fever while on holiday in Singapore. I found Dr Angelin’s bedside manner to be superb, so reassuring and kind. She took the time to teach us how to hold our baby securely to feed him medication and to clean his nose should he go on to develop a runny nose over the next few days. She also thoroughly educated us on what to expect over the next few days, including very clear advice on what would be reassuring symptoms vs when to return if necessary. I found her advice on medication to be very balanced, definitely not pushy at all to over-prescribe, and working with the medication that we already had at home. The clinic staff were also friendly and kind, thank you all for making us feel better!
I highly recommend this clinic. The doctor is extremely kind and helpful. I’ve visited several times, and each time, she takes the time to explain clearly without rushing to charge for a consultation. On multiple occasions, when my son had flu symptoms, she advised me to try Telfast first and only return if there was no improvement after 7 days. Her honesty and care in helping patients save money is truly appreciated. The clinic staff are also very friendly and patient, always answering my many questions about how to take the medications properly. I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness. A wonderful clinic that genuinely puts patients first.

Paediatric consultation fees at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$120–250 for a first specialist visit and S$80–180 for follow-ups, though GP-level paediatric clinics are generally lower at S$40–80 per visit. Common add-ons include NIP vaccinations (S$30–80 per dose for publicly-funded vaccines; higher for non-subsidised vaccines such as meningococcal or varicella top-ups), blood panels (S$60–200), and urine or swab tests. GST applies to private medical services. For planned investigations or procedures, request a written estimate upfront that separates consultation, investigations, prescriptions, and any procedure fees. If you hold an Integrated Shield Plan layered on MediShield Life, confirm whether the clinic is a panel provider and what pre-authorisation is needed. MediSave may be used for selected outpatient items under the S$500/year withdrawal limit or under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (S$700/year) for listed conditions. No regulatory licences are currently listed in the provider data for Angelin Baby and Child Clinic Woodlands, so parents should verify these independently before booking. Every legitimate clinic operating in Singapore must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — this is verifiable on the MOH licensee directory online. Every practising doctor must be registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC); search the public register at smc.gov.sg by the doctor's name to confirm registration status, any specialist accreditation in Paediatric Medicine, and disciplinary history. For paediatric subspecialty care (developmental paediatrics, paediatric cardiology, neonatology), the relevant additional credential is a fellowship with the Academy of Medicine Singapore (FAMS) or a Royal College fellowship (FRCPCH). Confirm both the clinic licence and the named doctor's SMC entry before booking — neither alone is sufficient. If either cannot be confirmed, contact the clinic directly for clarification.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally cover inpatient stays and day surgery at private facilities, but outpatient specialist consultations are typically not covered unless your plan includes an outpatient rider — check your policy documents before the visit. MediSave can be used for selected outpatient consultations under the S$500/year general withdrawal limit, or S$700/year under the Chronic Disease Management Programme for listed chronic conditions including asthma, which is relevant for paediatric patients. Vaccinations under the National Childhood Immunisation Programme (NIP) are subsidised for Singapore Citizens at polyclinics; private clinic rates for the same vaccines are higher and are generally not MediSave-claimable. For any planned procedure or investigation, ask the clinic for a written financial counselling estimate that itemises the insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding. This is the single most effective way to avoid bill shock after the appointment.
