We are very thankful to have Arianne caring for my mother who has dementia. She brings such positive energy and a cheerful attitude into the home every single day. Even though she initially knew very little Chinese and dialect, she made the effort to learn so she could better communicate with my mum. Her patience and willingness really touched our family. Arianne is always smiling while caring for my mother, and it makes a big difference — my mum feels comfortable and happy with her. In fact, my mother actually misses her on Sundays (her off day) and always looks forward to seeing her again on Monday. We truly appreciate her kindness, dedication, and the warmth she shows. She took very good care of Madam Lim, paying attention to every detail to ensure her daily meals, comfort, recovery, and safety. Ms. Jojema’s commitment went far beyond routine duties — she supported Madam Lim in her daily activities, attended to all essential tasks, and accompanied her to every hospital appointment safely and punctually. Aseana provided a very patient and kind care-giver Jerlyn when my mother was discharged from hospital and needed someone to take care of her at home. Communication with the agency was easy though WhatsApp chats and the staff was prompt in replies. The care giver Jerlyn is very professional in discharging her duty. She knows all the medical aids which my mother used and she also took the initiative to do the extra for my mother. Overall I am thankful of the service which is heavily subsidized by the government and also the agency for training its staff so well that the patients can be week taken care❤️.
