About "Babilou Family Singapore"
Babilou Family Singapore is a childcare and playgroup provider operating islandwide from its centre at Pacific Tech Centre, 1 Jalan Kilang Timor, Singapore 159303. The listing is KakiList verified and cross-checked against the ACRA business registry. Monthly fees are displayed at the S$$ price point; however, prospective families should confirm exact fee schedules directly with the centre. The provider holds a Google rating of 3.7 out of 5, though this is based on only 6 reviews and should be treated as directional rather than definitive.
Families interested in enrolling should begin by enquiring about available slots for their intended start month, as availability — particularly for infant care and playgroup places — can be limited. When you make contact, ask about the child-to-caregiver ratio, the daily routine and curriculum structure, and the settling-in approach for younger children. It is worth discussing the centre's approach to the transition period, as a supported settling-in process can make a significant difference for both child and parent. Singapore citizen families should also ask about ECDA subsidy eligibility, which can meaningfully reduce the monthly out-of-pocket cost depending on household income and the mother's working status.
To take the next step, reach out to Babilou Family Singapore via phone or the enquiry form listed on this page to ask about current slot availability for your preferred start month and to arrange a centre visit.
Visit the centre in person, meet the lead teacher, and read the parent contract before signing.

i will be careful to send me kids here. there is a lady by the name Liyana Jamal, based on my own experience working with her, she is very condescending and definitely does not fit the role of an earlyhood organization. I can only imagine what she would be doing towards our kids if she was loses her temper. she is the type of person who is not clear with her instruction, but expects assumptions that everyone gets her.

Babilou Family Singapore is listed at the S$$ price tier, indicating mid-range monthly fees. To obtain exact figures, contact the centre directly, as published rates may vary by age group, programme type, and session length. Beyond the monthly fee, ask about the registration fee (typically a one-off charge), the deposit amount (commonly equivalent to two months' fees), and any additional costs for uniforms, insurance, or consumables. Childcare fees in Singapore are GST-exempt, so the monthly rate quoted should represent your full programme cost before subsidies. Before committing, request a written fee schedule and confirm what is included in the base fee. See the full childcare cost guide for Singapore →
Singapore citizen children enrolled in ECDA-licensed centres may be eligible for the Basic Subsidy — up to S$600 per month for infant care and up to S$300 per month for childcare. Working mothers who clock 56 or more hours per month may additionally qualify for the Working Mother's Child Care Subsidy. Families with household income below certain thresholds may also access Additional Subsidy, which can bring combined support up to S$710 per month or more depending on circumstances. Permanent resident children are eligible for partial subsidies at lower quantum. Subsidy amounts and income thresholds are reviewed periodically, so always verify the current figures directly with ECDA at go.gov.sg/ecda before making financial plans. Note that subsidy eligibility depends on the centre holding the relevant ECDA licence — confirm this with Babilou Family Singapore directly before enrolment.
Demand for childcare and playgroup places in Singapore — especially infant care — can be high, and popular centres often fill slots months in advance. As a general guide, families are advised to enquire at least three to six months before their intended start date, and up to twelve months ahead for infant care. January is the peak intake month, so competition for spots at the start of the year tends to be greatest. To secure a place, most centres require payment of a registration fee and deposit. Contact Babilou Family Singapore directly via phone or the enquiry form to ask about current availability for your child's age group and preferred start month, and clarify what is needed to hold a slot.
