About Belinda's Clinic for Children
Belinda's Clinic for Children is a paediatric clinic located at Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Singapore 228510. KakiList has verified the operating details and contact channel. The clinic holds a 4.2/5 rating across 25 Google reviews — a moderate sample size, though parents should weigh this alongside a direct visit and consultation. No ACRA registration or regulatory licences have been confirmed in the listing data at this time; parents are advised to verify the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting paediatrician's Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration directly before booking.
For a first visit, parents typically arrive with the child's existing health records, vaccination history aligned to the National Childhood Immunisation Programme (NIP) schedule, and any developmental concerns they wish to raise. Private specialist paediatric consultations in Singapore typically run S$120–250 for a first appointment, with investigations such as blood panels, urine tests, or X-rays billed separately. Parents holding an Integrated Shield Plan (IP) layered on MediShield Life should confirm pre-authorisation requirements with their insurer before any planned procedure. For ongoing chronic conditions, the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) may allow MediSave withdrawal under the S$500–700 outpatient limit depending on the condition. Follow-up appointments are typically scheduled based on the child's clinical needs and developmental milestone review cadence.
To make an appointment, contact Belinda's Clinic for Children by phone or through the enquiry form, and bring your child's health booklet, vaccination records, and any referral letter from a GP or polyclinic.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Very happy with the last minute same day appointment (new patient). Dr. Belinda was patient, friendly and extremely thorough.
Poor experience with Belinda. While we had a set of questions, she immediately pivoted the conversation to breastfeeding, and strongly suggested that we set-up a session with her recommended lactation consultant and start medications or risk the milk supply completely stopping within 2 weeks. This led to anxiety and sleepless nights for my wife. Meanwhile our other questions were brushed off as nothing to worry about, without any attempt to explain the rationale. 4 weeks on, our baby is almost exclusively breastfed (without any lactation consultant or medication), meaning that Belinda's diagnosis was off the mark.
Dr. B and her nurses are consistently professional, wonderful, and incredibly helpful. I appreciate her no-nonsense, balanced approach that respects our autonomy as parents while providing just the right amount of guidance. She is thorough and doesn’t rush to over-medicate. I met with several highly recommended doctors before my baby was born, and while they were all great, Dr. B stood out as the most attentive and detailed. I knew right away she was the perfect fit for our family.
Dr Belinda is a wonderful and very kind doctor. You can see that she genuinely loves kids. I am so grateful that she is my daughters pediatrician from birth. The reception team is also brilliant. They helped me avoid unnecessary appointments and pointed out what to watch out for when my daughter was not feeling great. Thank you!
I usually go to Dr Belinda for my second-born, but not sure why my first-born isn’t registered in their system. They do not allow me to walk in, nor to have appointment in the afternoon. The receptionist has no empathy at all. Dr Belinda is great and thorough, but receptionist needs to be trained further on patient management.

Private paediatric specialist consultations in Singapore typically run S$120–250 for a first appointment and S$80–180 for follow-up reviews. Common investigations billed on top include blood panels (S$60–200), urine tests, X-rays (S$80–150), and ultrasounds (S$150–400). GST applies on private medical services. For any planned procedure, request a written financial counselling estimate from the clinic that clearly splits the insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before committing. Every legitimate clinic must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory online. The consulting paediatrician should be listed on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg; search by name to confirm registration status, specialist accreditation in Paediatric Medicine, and any disciplinary history. No licences have been confirmed in the current listing data for Belinda's Clinic for Children, so parents should verify both the clinic licence and the named doctor's SMC entry directly before booking. For paediatric specialisms, an MRCPCH (Member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health) or FAMS fellowship in Paediatric Medicine is the meaningful additional credential. Confirm both before your first appointment.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life cover most private specialist consultations, day procedures, and inpatient stays, subject to the plan's deductible, co-insurance, and rider rules. Confirm pre-authorisation and obtain a Letter of Guarantee from your insurer before any planned procedure to avoid post-visit claim disputes. MediSave can be used for selected outpatient items under the S$500/year general outpatient limit or S$700/year under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) for listed chronic conditions. NIP vaccinations administered by an accredited provider may also be claimable from MediSave. Request a financial counselling session at the clinic before any planned procedure — an itemised written estimate splitting insurance, MediSave, and out-of-pocket portions is standard practice at reputable private specialist clinics and prevents surprise billing.
