About Body with Soul Dietetics
Body with Soul Dietetics is a nutrition and lifestyle practice based at 79 Anson Rd, #22-01, Singapore 079906, operating islandwide. KakiList has verified operating details and the contact channel, though no ACRA registration has been confirmed. With only 2 Google reviews at a rating of 3/5, there is insufficient public review data to draw conclusions about client experience — this should be treated as directional at most.
Clients typically begin with an initial consultation during which the dietitian conducts a dietary assessment, reviews health history, and establishes goals — whether for chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, renal conditions), weight, or general lifestyle improvement. From there, a structured plan is usually developed, with follow-up sessions to review progress and adjust recommendations. Clarify upfront whether sessions are offered in person at the Anson Road office, via teleconsultation, or both, and ask about session frequency, package commitment, and the cancellation policy before booking.
To take the next step, contact Body with Soul Dietetics by phone or through the enquiry form to arrange an initial consultation and confirm session availability, fees, and the dietitian's credentials and registration with the relevant professional board.

Should not even be awarding them 1 star but that’s the minimum you can give here. Absolutely no ethics and no regard for therapy. Money spinners. Very bad experience. Don’t waste your time with Ms Shrimathi Swaminathan, who also happened to be the owner earlier of this place. It’s not even worth my time putting here my family’s personal experiences with them. Rank down hopeless. Used to be at Rochester earlier.
You can't find many counsellors or therapists out there better than Body with Soul's Dr David Shapiro. Do request for him when you make an appointment!

Dietitian consultation fees in Singapore typically run S$100–200 per session for a private practice, with an initial consultation often priced higher than follow-up sessions due to the fuller assessment involved. Body with Soul Dietetics has not publicly listed a specific fee schedule, so you should confirm the per-session rate, any package pricing, and whether a minimum number of sessions is expected before booking. Also clarify whether the fee covers a written meal plan or nutrition report, and whether teleconsultation sessions are priced the same as in-person visits. Some dietitian services are partially claimable under MediSave for specific chronic conditions — ask whether the practice is accredited for this. Most dietitian practices in Singapore accept self-referrals — you do not need a GP referral to book a first consultation, though a referral letter from your doctor can be useful if you are managing a clinical condition such as diabetes, renal disease, or cardiovascular disease, and may support MediSave or insurance claims. At the initial visit, expect to complete an intake form covering medical history, current medications, dietary habits, and lifestyle goals. Bring recent blood test results if you have them, as these help the dietitian calibrate recommendations. Contraindications are rare, but if you have a complex medical condition, confirm in advance that the practice has experience in that area.
Dietitians in Singapore are not yet under a statutory licensing board in the same way as physiotherapists or TCM practitioners, but credentialled dietitians hold registration with the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association (SNDA) or an equivalent overseas body. SNDA membership requires an accredited degree in nutrition and dietetics and continuing professional education. No licences have been listed for Body with Soul Dietetics in the available data, so you should ask directly for the lead dietitian's qualifications, SNDA membership status, and any clinical specialisations before committing. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
