Before I met Tiffany, I tried different dieting and exercise programmes but none of them were sustainable. Tiffany’s programme and guidance enabled me to lose 10kg in less than 2 months and my weight has stayed pretty stable ever since. I appreciated the detailed and meticulous approach that Tiffany took to explaining the science behind weight loss and also her patience in advising me through the different stages. Thanks for hanging my life, Tiffany!
Have been struggling with weight management because of several injuries in the past two decades. Results have not been effective nor sustainable with traditional methods. The programme with Tiffany has given me new perspectives and insights about my body. They grew my awareness of my nutritional needs and changed my relationship with food. More importantly, it gave real results as suggested! I was skeptical at the beginning until I experienced the real change. It’s one of the best investments I have made on my health!! Tiffany has been patient, attentive and caring throughout the whole process. She is generous in sharing nutritional knowledge which is crucial to the maintenance of health. I can feel her passion in helping people and keep improving in what she’s doing. Thanks Tiffany and keep up the good work!
Engaged Tiffany for a functional medicine consultation for my dad. She was super thorough and I can tell she genuinely cares and listens and dives deeply to try and help find the root cause of any problems. She also takes the time to understand his likes/ dislikes in order to tailor her plan for him to be something sustainable. It’s still a journey that has only just begun but we have already started to notice some effects, so hope that it’ll keep going. Tiffany also doesn’t push for unnecessary follow ups, she will be available for further guidance but doesn’t insist on repeat follow ups unless required. I’ve recommended functional medicine and Tiffany to another friend too, and am hopeful she will get the help too!
I appreciate Tiffany for her thoughtful & empathetic approach to helping clients. She is very responsive and knowledgeable, sharing her passion for her craft of functional medicine readily. Her experience and training enables her to identify the root causes of one’s condition and then develop an appropriate healing plan. If you are looking for a natural path to healing in a safe space, I would recommend Tiffany 😊
I found Tiffany while searching for a local functional practitioner to help with my husband's gout and kidney issues—and I’m so glad I did. Despite being away on a retreat, she kindly made time for an initial consultation. The subsequent session was detailed and informative, and she patiently explained her findings along with practical steps to improve his condition. Her gentle approach made a big difference, even for my husband who was initially skeptical about naturopathy. His condition has improved, and we’re truly grateful. Highly recommended!

Lumiya by Tiffany Wee is listed at a mid-range price point ($$), though specific session fees have not been published in the listing data available. Nutrition and lifestyle wellness consultations in Singapore typically range from S$80–200 per session for an initial consultation, with follow-up sessions or packaged programmes often priced differently. No formal referral is required to book with Lumiya by Tiffany Wee — you can contact the practice directly via WhatsApp, phone, or the online form. The initial consultation typically involves a detailed intake discussion covering your current health status, dietary patterns, lifestyle habits, and specific goals, which allows the practitioner to assess where to focus the programme. If you have a diagnosed medical condition — such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, or a metabolic disorder — it is advisable to inform your GP and share any relevant clinical reports before starting. In some cases, a referral from a doctor can support an insurance claim for dietitian or nutritionist services, though coverage varies by insurer. Confirm the intake process directly with Tiffany Wee before your first appointment.
Nutrition and lifestyle coaching in Singapore does not currently require a mandatory statutory licence in the same way that physiotherapy or traditional Chinese medicine does. Physiotherapists and occupational therapists are regulated by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), and TCM practitioners by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB), but nutrition practitioners operate under a voluntary framework. Key voluntary credentials to ask about include registration with the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association (SNDA) for dietitians, or relevant university qualifications in nutrition, dietetics, or a related health science. It is advisable to ask Tiffany Wee directly about her qualifications and professional memberships before committing to a programme. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
