Clients typically begin with an initial consultation to discuss health goals, dietary habits, medical history, and any relevant conditions such as weight management, sports performance, gut health, or chronic disease. From there, the practitioner will outline a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, which may involve follow-up sessions to review progress and adjust recommendations. Those with specific medical conditions should confirm whether a GP referral would support any insurance claims before booking. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are worth clarifying at the point of enquiry.
To get started, reach UFIT Nutrition by phone or via the enquiry form on their listing, and ask for current session availability, package options, and the format of the first consultation.
Confirm the practitioner's qualifications directly, and clarify session fees, package terms, and the cancellation policy before your first appointment.
I’ve recently started training with Adonis and have never felt better!! Having had anxiety to restart my fitness journey due to lower back injury previously, Adonis was great at easing me back in. As a PT, he has a good balance of listening to client’s fitness goals and pushing them to their limit - I have already seen visible results since I started at UFIT. If you’re looking to train and get nervous about not having experience at the gym or worried about a previous injury, I highly recommend you work with Adonis at UFIT club street!
Started my physio at UFIT this-year dealing with a slip disc that caused constant back and leg pain. Simple things like bending or standing for long periods had become a real struggle. Working with Basil changed that completely. Within just a few sessions, I noticed significant progress. The pain reduced, I could get through my day normally again, and I’ve even started weight training recently, something I hadn’t done in a long time. Most importantly, I’ve got my confidence back. Basil is knowledgeable, patient, and truly invested in your progress. Couldn’t recommend him more highly! 🙌
I just competed the Foundation programme as part of my post partum ‘getting back to fitness’ efforts. I started it about 6 weeks post partum and it was the best thing I could have done to get back to training. For exercise, I did a mix of PT and pilates which was a really good combination. The pilates really helped me to engage my muscles again and strengthen them for my PT sessions. I was much more effective in the PT sessions being more aware of posture and muscle engagement. Val was my PT and she was great. She was very good at balancing helping me take things slow but also pushing me where she felt I could do more. I was almost at my pre pregnancy strength levels by the end of the 6 weeks. Dipti was my pilates instructor and her laser focus on my form and muscle engagement was so key to my strength recovery. It was the first time I had done 121 pilates and am so happy that I had the opportunity to do so through this programme. I will be keeping 121 pilates on as part of my normal fitness regime going forward as it really does help me better in my strength training classes. Outside of the fitness, I also had some sessions with Ellie, a nutritionist at UFIT who helped me understand how to tailor my diet and what nutrients I was lacking. Lastly, I was also assessed by a UFIT physio to make sure I was ok to get back to exercise. Overall, I would definitely recommend this programme to any post partum moms looking to gain confidence in getting back to fitness safely.
I did physiotherapy sessions with Dean for 3-4 months after ankle surgery. He gave me exercises tailored to my injury and recovery process, progressing from basic flexibility to strength and stability. The exercises were very effective and helped me go back to walking without limping and running within 2 months of my first session. Dean makes every session fulfilling and enjoyable and checks in on my progress regularly. Thanks to Dean, my recovery process was not as painful and difficult as I had expected 🙏
I highly recommend Dipti to anyone interested in Pilates. She is incredibly professional and detail-oriented, always tailoring sessions to her clients' specific needs and using her deep knowledge to help you improve. Every session is a delightful experience; Dipti is exceptionally encouraging and supportive. Having trained with her for a long time, I’ve seen a significant transformation in my core strength and posture. If you want a trainer who truly understands body mechanics and pushes you safely, look no further!

UFIT Nutrition does not publicly list its per-session rate, and pricing may vary depending on whether you book a standalone consultation or a multi-session package. It is worth asking whether a first-consultation or assessment fee applies, and whether package discounts are available for longer commitments. Confirm also the no-show and cancellation policy, as nutrition practices commonly require 24–48 hours' notice to avoid a forfeiture charge. No formal referral is typically required to book a nutrition consultation, though some practitioners request a short intake form covering current diet, health goals, medical history, and any medications before the first appointment. If you have a diagnosed condition such as diabetes, coeliac disease, or irritable bowel syndrome, a GP referral letter can be useful — it provides clinical context and may support an insurance reimbursement claim if your insurer covers dietitian or nutrition services. For the first visit, bring any recent blood work, relevant medical reports, or a food diary if you have one. This helps the practitioner move quickly from assessment to actionable recommendations.
Nutrition and lifestyle coaching in Singapore does not currently require a statutory licence the way physiotherapy (AHPC) or traditional Chinese medicine (TCMPB) does. This means the quality of practitioners varies widely, and there is no single public register to cross-check against. Look instead for voluntary professional credentials — registered dietitian status (accredited through the Singapore Dietetic Association), a degree in nutrition or dietetics from an accredited university, or internationally recognised certifications such as those from ISSN or Precision Nutrition. It is reasonable to ask UFIT Nutrition directly about the qualifications and experience of the practitioner you will be seeing before committing to a package.
