About Breadtalk Catering
Breadtalk Catering provides islandwide event catering services in Singapore, operating out of 10 Bayfront Ave. The listing has been verified by KakiList, and the service carries a 4.2/5 rating across 87 Google reviews — a moderate sample that offers a reasonable indication of customer experience. Pricing is presented at a mid-range tier on a per-pax basis, though exact figures should be confirmed directly as no published per-pax rate is available.
When planning your event, start by confirming the minimum headcount and per-pax rate for your preferred format — whether that is a standard buffet, mini-buffet for smaller gatherings, bento delivery, or live-station catering. Share your dietary mix early: halal, vegetarian, no-pork-no-lard, no-beef, and any allergen requirements should be declared upfront so the menu can be configured accordingly. Ask whether a MUIS halal certificate applies to the kitchen or specific menu lines, and confirm whether a menu tasting is available before you pay a deposit. Discuss delivery and setup windows, whether chafing dishes and warmers are included or billed separately, and whether a buffet attendant will be on-site. Confirm the teardown timing and the food-safety hold time — hot dishes should be served within roughly two to three hours of cooking.
To get started, reach out to Breadtalk Catering via phone or their enquiry form with your event date, venue, expected headcount, and dietary requirements, and request a written quotation that itemises the per-pax rate, minimum order, delivery fee, equipment, and any service charges before paying a deposit.
Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.

Breadtalk Catering prices on a per-pax basis, though the exact rate depends on the format and menu selected — contact them directly for a written quotation. For context, Singapore market norms for event catering run roughly S$15–25/pax for a standard buffet (minimum approximately 30 pax), S$25–40/pax for a premium buffet, S$18–30/pax for a mini-buffet (minimum approximately 8–15 pax), and S$30–60/pax for live-station setups. Before booking, confirm whether Breadtalk Catering holds a MUIS halal certificate — and whether that certification applies at the kitchen level or only to specific menu lines. A MUIS certificate should display a licence number and validity dates; 'halal-friendly' or 'no pork no lard' without MUIS certification is not the same as certified halal and will not meet the standard for guests who require strict halal. Also confirm vegetarian options (lacto-ovo vs vegan), no-beef dishes for Hindu guests, and any gluten-free or nut-free requirements. For events with a mixed dietary guest list, ask about cross-contamination protocols between halal and non-halal lines. Most caterers at this scale offer a menu tasting for orders above a minimum value — request this before committing to a package.
Legitimate caterers in Singapore hold an SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence with a hygiene grade — A is highest, then B, C, D. No regulatory licences are currently listed for Breadtalk Catering on this profile; confirm the SFA licence number and hygiene grade directly before booking, and request the MUIS halal certificate if your event requires certified halal catering. Cooked food for buffets should be served within a roughly two to three hour cooked-to-served window, with hot dishes held above 60°C and cold items below 5°C per SFA guidelines. Confirm the setup arrival time, the replenishment protocol for extended events, and the policy for safe handling of leftovers. Put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance payment schedule in writing before paying any deposit. Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence and hygiene grade (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
