About Kalisah Kitchen
Kalisah Kitchen is an event caterer based at 11 Toh Ave, Singapore, offering islandwide delivery and setup. The listing has been verified by KakiList, though no ACRA registration has been confirmed and no regulatory licences are on record. With 5/5 across 8 Google reviews, the rating is directional only given the small sample size.
When enquiring, share your pax count and event date via WhatsApp or phone, and confirm whether you need a standard buffet, mini-buffet, bento delivery, or a live-station setup. Discuss the dietary mix early — halal certification, no-pork-no-lard, vegetarian, and other requirements should be settled before a menu is proposed. Ask about the minimum headcount for your preferred format and whether a menu tasting is available before you pay a deposit. Confirm delivery and setup timing, whether chafing dishes and warmers are included or billed separately, and whether a buffet attendant will be on-site. Clarify teardown timing and the policy for safe handling of any leftovers.
The clearest next step is to message Kalisah Kitchen on WhatsApp with your event date, headcount, and dietary requirements, and to request a written quotation covering per-pax rate, minimum order, setup fee, and the balance payment schedule before committing.
Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.

Kalisah Kitchen serves one of the best halal meals I’ve ever had in Singapore. The flavours are deep, aromatic and unlike anything else here. Portion besar, service friendly, and presentation also nice. You can really taste the Moroccan influence — it’s unique, yet perfectly delicious. Will definitely order again!

Kalisah Kitchen uses a per-pax pricing model, though exact figures are not publicly listed — contact them directly for a quote. As a reference, Singapore event catering typically runs S$15–25/pax for a standard buffet (minimum ~30 pax), S$25–40/pax for a premium buffet, S$18–30/pax for mini-buffets (minimum 8–15 pax), S$8–18/pax for bento delivery, and S$30–60/pax for live-station formats. When you receive a quote, confirm what is included: delivery and setup, equipment such as chafing dishes and warmers, a buffet attendant on-site (typically S$80–150 per attendant if applicable), waste collection, and GST. Also clarify the deposit amount and the balance payment schedule. See the full catering cost guide for Singapore →
No regulatory licences are on record for Kalisah Kitchen, so you should ask directly whether they hold an SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence and, critically, whether they hold a MUIS halal certificate if you have Muslim guests. 'Halal-friendly' or 'no pork no lard' without a MUIS certificate is not the same as certified halal and will not meet the standard for guests who require strict halal compliance. Also confirm vegetarian options (lacto-ovo vs vegan), no-beef for Hindu guests, and any gluten-free or nut-free requirements. Ask about cross-contamination protocols for mixed dietary events. Where possible, request a menu tasting before paying a deposit — it allows you to assess portion size, taste, and consistency before committing to the full event order.
No SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence and no MUIS halal certificate are currently on record for Kalisah Kitchen. Before booking, ask for the SFA licence number and hygiene grade — A is the highest, then B, C, D — and, if halal food is required, a copy of the MUIS certificate with a visible licence number and validity dates. Cooked food should be served within a 2–3 hour cooked-to-served window for hot dishes, held above 60°C until service. Confirm the setup arrival time, replenishment protocol, and how leftovers are handled safely after service. Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence and MUIS halal certificate where required, book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
