As a mother, I was very worried when another dentist told us that my 6 years old daughter had cavities in eight molars and three of them might need to be extracted. When we met Dr Terry, he carefully assessed her condition and confidently told us he could try to save the teeth with root canal treatment instead of removing them. Although the procedure had to be done under general anaesthesia, he and his team were very patient and explained everything clearly. From the very first moment, he reassured me and told me not to worry, that he would see my child immediately. Despite it being Christmas, he directed us to the Child Smile clinic and went the extra mile to call his team back to work within an hour to conduct a thorough check and perform whatever treatment was necessary. Dr Terry’s understanding, patience, and calmness were beyond words. He made my son feel safe and comfortable, explaining everything gently and clearly.
