About Carer Singapore
Carer Singapore provides home nursing services across Singapore, operating out of Tampines. The listing has been verified by KakiList, confirming operating details and contact channels. With only 5 Google reviews at 4.8 out of 5, the rating is encouraging but the sample is too small to draw firm conclusions. Pricing follows an hourly model, though specific rates were not provided for this listing.
Engaging a home nursing service typically begins with a care assessment to establish the elder's mobility, medical requirements, and daily living needs. Families should clarify whether clinical nursing tasks are required — such as wound care, catheter management, or post-hospitalisation monitoring — or whether personal care and companionship are the primary need. It is also worth confirming the hours required per day or week, whether live-in or visit-based arrangements are available, and who the key decision-makers in the family are, as care plans often require input from multiple parties. A trial period is advisable before committing to a longer arrangement.
To get started, contact Carer Singapore via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to discuss the elder's care needs, confirm hourly rates, and arrange an initial assessment visit.
Insist on a trial period and put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing.
My dad became so weak after 9 sessions of chemo. He needed a lot of attention while walking for fear of fall. And, he needed someone to attend his toileting needs from 9pm-8am. I was happy to find Carer who responded very quickly with my request. Very quickly, Sheryl found 2 carers JunHao & Fazil to support my last min request. They are locals, well trained & professional to manage sick elderly with all their needs during the course of work including meal preparation, toileting & showering needs, vitals checks & medicine preparation. Although my dad’s time with them was short lived, I could sense that Dad felt being care with integrity & trusted them with his needs. I am thankful to have found Carer to help us through the night. I will recommend Carer to my friends if they need such a service.
We engaged Carer services to look after my dad who has dementia after our helper had to leave for home abruptly. Used the services for 3 weeks. Most impressed with Sherlyn who was very patient and skillful in handling my dad. Highly recommend for anyone who have elderly that need home care
I hired care aide service from Carer for about four weeks. My first contact with Sherlyn is great. She is thorough and explains paitently. She does not sound distant or pushy. She met my father's needs with care and paitence e.g. toileting, showering, exercises, sponging, change dressing, giving medication, massage. My father likes her very much and mentioned that she is very careful when caring for him. The other two care aides who are scheduled to care for my father. One has graduated from NUS Nursing course and the other is in her 3rd year of the Nursing course. They provided great companship and care for my father who loves a good conversation. My family appreciates their care and concern for my father.
It is my first time approaching carer to find a suitable home care assistant and a medical escort for my 89 year old mum. Sherlyn is caring, patient and knowledgeable in caregiving information. I am looking forward to getting healthcare assistants for my mum.
I engaged Carer last october for my 88 year old mother and they have been consistent with their work. They are reliable and carry out their tasks efficiently.

Carer Singapore uses an hourly pricing model, though specific rates were not published at the time of this listing. For context, home nursing in Singapore typically ranges from S$25 to S$60 per hour for basic nursing care, rising to S$80 or more per hour for specialist clinical nursing. Live-in arrangements are priced differently and usually involve a daily or monthly package. Beyond the hourly rate, confirm whether there are surcharges for public holidays, after-hours visits, or travel to your address. Ask whether agency fees apply on top of the caregiver's rate, and whether personal protective equipment or consumables are billed separately. Get all rates in writing before care begins. Carer Singapore lists home nursing as its primary service, which typically implies visit-based care — a nurse or caregiver attends for a set number of hours per day or week rather than residing in the home. Whether live-in arrangements are also available is not confirmed in the current listing, so families should ask directly. For visit-based care, clarify the minimum hours per visit, how many visits per week are feasible, and whether the same nurse is assigned consistently. For medical tasks such as wound dressing, medication administration, or tube feeding, confirm the nurse's clinical qualifications. A trial period of one to two weeks is a reasonable way to assess fit before committing to a longer arrangement. Put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing before care begins.
No regulatory licences were listed for Carer Singapore at the time of this listing. For home nursing services in Singapore, the relevant registrations to look for include AIC (Agency for Integrated Care) registration for home care providers and, for individual nurses, Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration under the Allied Health Professions Council framework. Ask Carer Singapore directly for the nursing qualifications of the staff assigned to your household. Insurance is equally important — confirm whether the agency carries professional indemnity insurance covering clinical errors, and public liability coverage in the event of an accident in the home. Families engaging nursing care for dementia or post-stroke patients should also ask whether staff have completed relevant dementia care or rehabilitation training. Listing data is incomplete — contact Carer Singapore directly to confirm details.
