I cannot recommend Caringcaregivers enough. If you’re looking for an agency to help you find a caregiver for a loved one, look no further. I’ve done extensive research and contacted more than 10 agencies but none were as professional, responsible and efficient as Michael from Caringcaregivers. Micheal gave very valuable advice and helped us find a well matched caregiver from Indonesia. Although she had never stepped foot in Singapore before, because of the comprehensive training she received from the agency, she was very well versed in both the caregiving requirements as well as the routines in Singapore. She had no problems taking bus and train in Singapore, navigating via Google maps, calling Grab or Gojek etc. She also knew how to go to supermarkets and pharmacies to buy things for my sick father, and even helps to buy Ensure milk via Lazada/shopee! She also knows how to check and change my father’s medical appointments via HealthHub. The training they receive in the agency’s Indonesia centre is so detailed that they tested the caregiver on bed and wheelchair transfer based on my father’s weight and sent videos over. The caregiver arrived skilled in NG tube feeding, diaper changing, medication feeding etc. Micheal continues to follow up on the caregiver to make sure that she settles in well, and we have a group chat so that he is kept up to date and can help us out with any problems. This kind of service is unparalleled and seriously hard to find. Most agencies just dump the caregiver on you and doesn’t help much after you pay the agency fees. 10/10 will use this agency again if I ever need another caregiver.
