About CaterCo Singapore
CaterCo Singapore is an event catering provider operating islandwide from its base at 30B Quality Road. It has been verified by KakiList, and its 4.7-star rating across 139 Google reviews represents a robust sample. Pricing is presented at the S$$ tier on a per-pax model, consistent with standard buffet and mini-buffet catering in Singapore.
Enquiries typically begin with your headcount, event date, venue, and dietary mix — particularly whether the guest list requires halal-certified, vegetarian, no-pork-no-lard, or no-beef options. Standard buffet packages carry a minimum order of roughly 30–50 pax, while mini-buffet arrangements usually start at 8–15 pax. Once the menu and dietary requirements are confirmed, reputable caterers offer a tasting session before the deposit is paid. Confirm what the quoted per-pax rate includes: delivery and setup, chafing dishes and warmers, buffet attendant time on-site, and teardown — these are commonly billed separately. Ask about the cooked-to-served window for hot dishes and the replenishment schedule during the event.
Contact CaterCo Singapore via phone or the enquiry form to confirm menu options, minimum headcount, dietary certifications, and availability for your event date. Request the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence details and any halal certification documentation before paying a deposit.
Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
I recently hired CaterCo catering for my office christmas event, and I was completely satisfied with their excellent service. The food was absolutely delicious and really brought the "Christmas vibes" to our office—everyone was happy and enjoyed the meal thoroughly. A huge shout-out to the delivery team, Ray and Ye Thet, for their professional service. However, I want to give special recognition to the Sales In-Charge, Ms. Yvonne. She was incredibly friendly, responsible, and fast with all my requests. What surprised me the most was that she personally dropped by my office to make sure everything was running smoothly and in order. That level of dedication is rare! Thank you for making our event a success. Highly recommended!

We engaged CaterCo for our event. I was very impressed by the Senior Sales Executive, Yvonne Woon and her team, Daryl, Ken and Jericho. Yvonne is very detail and committed to her duties to oversee the whole setup. It was a whole day event with different timing and different food. She was there with the team as early as 7+am in the morning (food to be ready by 11.30), running up and down to ensure her team set up the buffets perfectly at different location. I have to say, the food are very good. Very impressed by their canapes. Small bites with robust taste. For the main staple food, i want to shout out that their vegetarian beehoon is very good. I have to say, the best from any catering company and better than many hawkers. Their fruit salad is so colourful. The fruits and vegetable so fresh. At the end of the day, 98% of all the food are gone. That is a testimonial of how good is their food. Superb service from Yvonne Woon and outstanding catered food from CaterCo.
We recently engaged Cater & Co to cater an event on a yacht, it’s their first time doing so and they absolutely nailed it! Yvonne, who managed our order, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the planning process. She made sure everything was well-organized and tailored to the unique setup of the yacht, which really put us at ease. On the day itself, Aldrin, Ken, and Alex did a fantastic job setting up the buffets. Despite the challenges of working on a moving vessel, everything was beautifully arranged and professionally executed. Our butlers — Alice, Eric, and Shine — were equally impressive. They were friendly, attentive, eager to learn and made sure our guests were well taken care of from start to finish. For their first yacht event, the entire team handled it with such professionalism and grace. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would gladly work with them again. Food was of great quality and had great compliments from our guests - highly recommended!
Very delicious and elaborately decorated corporate buffet lunch from CaterCo with exceptional service rendered by Yvonne, Froil and Min Feng. Would highly recommend and cater from again! :)

CaterCo Singapore prices on a per-pax basis at the S$$ tier. As a market reference, standard buffets in Singapore run S$15–25 per pax (minimum roughly 30 pax), premium buffets S$25–40 per pax, mini-buffets S$18–30 per pax (minimum 8–15 pax), bento delivery S$8–18 per pax, and live-station setups S$30–60 per pax. Beyond the per-pax rate, confirm: delivery and setup fee for non-central addresses, equipment rental such as chafing dishes and warmers (sometimes included, sometimes billed separately), on-site buffet attendant cost (typically S$80–150 per attendant), waste collection, and any GST and service charge. Confirm whether CaterCo Singapore holds a MUIS halal certificate — the certificate should display a licence number and validity dates. Note that 'halal-friendly' or 'no pork no lard' without MUIS certification is not the same as certified halal and will not meet the standard for guests who require strict halal observance. Also confirm availability of vegetarian (lacto-ovo versus vegan), no-beef options for Hindu guests, gluten-free, and nut-free dishes. For mixed dietary events, ask about cross-contamination protocols between halal and non-halal preparations. Most caterers at this scale offer a tasting session for orders above a minimum value — take advantage of this before committing to a menu, particularly where multiple dietary requirements are involved.
Legitimate caterers in Singapore hold an SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence with a hygiene grade — A is highest, followed by B, C, and D. CaterCo Singapore has not disclosed regulatory licences on this listing; confirm the SFA licence number and hygiene grade directly with the company before booking. If the event requires halal food, also request the MUIS certificate. Cooked food should be served within roughly 2–3 hours of preparation for hot dishes, held above 60°C, and cold items held below 5°C per SFA guidelines. Confirm setup arrival time, buffet replenishment during service, and the policy for handling leftovers safely. Avoid caterers who cannot produce an SFA licence — any food-safety incident at an unlicensed operation leaves you without recourse. Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence, book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
