About Catering Culture Singapore

About Catering Culture Singapore

Catering Culture Singapore is an event catering provider operating islandwide from its base at Gourmet East Kitchen in Bedok North. The listing has been verified by KakiList, and the business holds a 4.7/5 rating across 336 Google reviews — a robust sample that reflects consistent client feedback. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range band ($$) on a per-pax model, which is standard for buffet and event catering in Singapore.

When planning an event with Catering Culture Singapore, start by confirming your pax count and minimum order requirement — most buffet caterers in Singapore set a floor of 30–50 guests, with smaller mini-buffet options available from around 8–15 pax. Share your event type (corporate lunch, birthday party, full-month celebration, wedding reception), the dietary mix across your guest list (halal, vegetarian, no-pork-no-lard, no-beef), and preferred serving style — buffet, bento delivery, or live station. Ask whether a menu tasting is available before you commit, and confirm the delivery and setup window, whether chafing dishes and warmers are included, whether a buffet attendant will be on-site, and the teardown timing. Also clarify the deposit and balance payment schedule.

To get started, reach out to Catering Culture Singapore by phone or via the enquiry form with your event date, venue, estimated headcount, and any dietary requirements, so the team can confirm availability and send you a menu and quotation.

This is our second time ordering from Catering Culture—the first was during Hari Raya in April 2025, and the second for our Christmas Festive 2025 event. On both occasions, the feedback from our colleagues was overwhelmingly positive. The spread was generous and delicious, which made it an easy decision to re-engage their services. A special shoutout to Nur Fieza from the sales team and Raj from operations for their excellent service—from helping us choose the menu to ensuring everything ran smoothly. Their responsiveness and follow-up were top-notch. The food quality is great, tasty, and well-presented. Catering Culture (Halal Certified) offers a wide variety of options and competitive pricing. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely continue ordering from them for future events!

We engaged Catering Culture for a large-scale event at our company HQ, and the entire experience was smooth and professionally handled. Special thanks to Uncle Heng for coordinating everything so efficiently. The team arrived punctually, set up the buffet line neatly and systematically, and ensured the presentation was clean and organised. The food was well-received by our guests and portions were generous. After the event, the team returned to dismantle and clean up the area thoroughly. They even took and shared an “after” photo to show that the venue was properly restored, which gave us great assurance and peace of mind. Really appreciate the professionalism and dedication. Would definitely recommend Catering Culture for corporate events and large gatherings.

We had Catering Culture cater the lunch for our church wedding on 15 November and honestly, they were so good! The food was great and everything was set up right on time. They walked us through the whole menu selection and even sent a really generous food-tasting portion to our home, which we really appreciated (be warned, it really was enough to feed like 8 pax). Huge thank you to Junrie Carlos for guiding us through every step. Our guests kept coming up to us saying how good the food was. The mee siam live station was a crowd favourite, and everyone loved the sambal prawns, teriyaki chicken and assam fish. The blue pea nasi lemak rice was so good it disappeared almost immediately, so we definitely recommend asking for extra portions of that. Junrie was also super attentive whenever we had feedback or needed to adjust the menu or quantity. They offered decor options too and the setup looked beautiful on the day. Special shoutout to Regand and Mo for helping Junrie as well. If you’re looking for delicious Peranakan catering for your event, Catering Culture is a fantastic choice. We highly recommend!

We engaged this caterer for our Christmas event and were really impressed! The food was very tasty and well-received. My colleagues all gave great feedback. The Christmas decorations were a lovely touch, and they were complimentary 🎄🙏🏻 Special shout-out to the “ oh yeah” driver uncle he’s a very kind and helpful uncle who came a bit early to help us set up everything nicely. Portions are just nice, so if you want to be safe, you might want to order a little extra. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended! 🎄✨

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Catering Culture Singapore charge per pax?

Catering Culture Singapore uses a per-pax pricing model, which is standard for event buffets in Singapore. Market norms run from roughly S$15–25/pax for a standard buffet (minimum ~30 pax), S$25–40/pax for a premium spread, S$18–30/pax for mini-buffets (minimum 8–15 pax), and S$30–60/pax for live-station setups. Contact the team directly for Catering Culture Singapore's current menu tiers and minimums. Beyond the per-pax rate, confirm what is included: delivery and setup to your venue, chafing dishes and warmers, a buffet attendant on-site (typically S$80–150 per attendant if not bundled), and waste collection. Delivery surcharges may apply for non-central or landed addresses. GST will apply on the final invoice. See the full catering cost guide for Singapore →

What dietary options and halal certification does Catering Culture Singapore offer?

Before booking, confirm whether Catering Culture Singapore holds a MUIS halal certificate — the certificate should display a licence number and validity dates. 'No pork no lard' or 'Muslim-friendly' without MUIS certification is not the same as certified halal and will not meet the standard for guests who require strict halal observance. Also confirm the availability of vegetarian (lacto-ovo vs vegan), no-beef (for Hindu guests), gluten-free, and nut-free options, and ask about cross-contamination protocols if your guest list mixes dietary requirements. Most caterers accommodate combined dietary requests across separate serving stations. A menu tasting session is recommended for orders above a minimum value — ask whether this is available before paying any deposit.

Is Catering Culture Singapore licensed and how is food safety handled?

Legitimate caterers hold an SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence with a hygiene grade — A is highest, then B, C, and D. No regulatory licences are currently listed on this KakiList profile, so you should ask Catering Culture Singapore directly for their SFA licence number and hygiene grade before confirming your booking. Halal-certified caterers additionally hold a MUIS certificate; both should be available on request or visible on the company's website. For food safety, cooked hot dishes should be served within a 2–3 hour cooked-to-served window, held above 60°C in warmers, and cold items held below 5°C per SFA guidelines. Confirm the delivery and setup arrival time relative to your event start, the replenishment protocol for a longer buffet window, and the policy for safe handling of leftovers. Avoid Carousell or Instagram-only home kitchens for events above 20 pax — they typically lack SFA licensing and insurance, leaving you without recourse if a food-safety issue arises. Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
