For a first visit, contact the clinic by phone or via the online enquiry form to check appointment availability and confirm the consulting paediatrician's name and SMC registration. Paediatric consultations typically cover the National Childhood Immunisation Programme (NIP) schedule, developmental milestone assessments, acute childhood illnesses, and chronic condition management. Investigations such as blood panels, urine tests, and X-rays may be ordered at the same visit. For any planned procedure or specialist referral, request a written financial counselling estimate that separates insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket costs before proceeding. Parents with Integrated Shield Plans should confirm pre-authorisation requirements with their insurer ahead of any non-routine consultation.
To make an appointment, call the clinic directly or submit an enquiry through the contact form, specifying your child's age, presenting concern, and preferred appointment window. Listing data is incomplete — contact Children's Clinic International directly to confirm details.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
The doctor seems competent, but the consultations felt quite brief and lacked the detailed explanations I would have appreciated as a new patient. Building trust is important, especially for parents bringing their children for the first time. I also faced issues with follow-up — I was told I would receive a call back on two separate occasions but never did. Reliability and good communication are key for a pediatric clinic, so I’ve decided to look for another practice that better fits our family’s needs.
Probably one of the best pedi’s I’ve been to in Singapore. Our 3 kids have been taken care of exceptionally well by Dr Leo over the last 10 years not just at his clinic but also at A&E. His experience is impressive and diagnosis is always accurate and in 95% cases our kids have never been given antibiotics which we really love. Thanks for the excellent care you have provided for all of my 3 children!
My daughter has seen Dr. Hamilton a few times over the last 2 years for various health concerns, and every single consultation experience has been absolutely wonderful! Unlike many other paediatric doctors, Dr. Hamilton is extra mindful when it comes to prescribing medication for young children, and would only prescribe them when absolutely necessary... which we greatly appreciate! Also, Dr. Hamilton would often take the time to explain his diagnosis (as well as treatment) in great detail and answer any questions you or your child may have. If he is prescribing medications, he would also explain why he is prescribing them, where they are from, and what they do. I would definitely recommend parents of young children to see Dr. Hamilton for any health issues!
So wasting of my time. They dont even check what could be covered in my insurance and gave wrong information for 2 times. She even confused when doctor would be in the office and changed the appointment time at the last minute. Go find another hospital which has seamless process for booking.
We were in town for 3 weeks when our 16 month came down with a high fever. The team there were excellent getting him in quickly and being very welcoming and accommodating. We were frantic because it was our first time traveling with a baby and they were very reassuring. Doctor Hamilton was great at calming us down and helping us understand what to do should things get worse. Excellent bedside care

Private paediatric consultations in Singapore typically run S$120–250 for a first visit and S$80–180 for follow-ups at private specialist clinics. Investigations billed on top can include blood panels (S$60–200), urine tests, X-rays (S$80–150), and ultrasounds (S$150–400) depending on the presenting concern. Vaccinations under the National Childhood Immunisation Programme (NIP) vary by vaccine — expect S$30–80 per dose for schedule vaccines, more for optional ones such as rotavirus or meningococcal. GST applies on private medical services. For any planned procedure or investigation, ask the clinic for a written financial counselling estimate that itemises the insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portion before proceeding. Children's Clinic International has not published a specific price list in this listing, so call or submit an enquiry form to confirm current consultation fees. Every legitimate private clinic must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory. Every practising paediatrician must be on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg — search by name to confirm registration status, specialist accreditation in Paediatric Medicine, and any disciplinary history. No licences were provided in this listing, so parents should verify both the clinic's MOH licence and the consulting doctor's SMC entry before booking. For paediatric specialist accreditation, look for the MMED (Paediatrics) or MRCP (Paediatrics) qualification alongside SMC registration. A Fellow of the Academy of Medicine Singapore (FAMS) in paediatrics is an additional credential worth confirming for complex or chronic conditions. Neither the clinic licence alone nor SMC registration alone is sufficient — both should be confirmed. Confirm the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life cover most private specialist consultations, day surgery, and inpatient stays, subject to the plan's deductible, co-insurance, and rider rules. Confirm pre-authorisation with your insurer before any planned procedure to avoid claim disputes after the fact. MediSave can be used for selected outpatient paediatric services under the MediSave 500/700 withdrawal limits — S$500 per year for general outpatient claims, S$700 per year under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers conditions such as asthma, epilepsy, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in children. NIP vaccinations at approved clinics may be claimable under Medisave at capped amounts per dose — confirm with the clinic which vaccines qualify. For any planned procedure or extended investigation workup, request a financial counselling session; most private paediatric clinics will issue an itemised pre-treatment estimate splitting insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket cost in writing. Skipping the pre-authorisation and financial counselling step is the most common reason families are surprised by their final bill — always obtain the written estimate before agreeing to treatment.
