Based on our previous experience with Chilli Padi, the standards of confinement food have declined significantly. Food is very oily and gelat, menu shown and food delivered is not the same item AT ALL. As for the food we received, i feel that we rather buy cai fan and still can get better quality food. Too oily and unappetising till we feed our rubbish bin.

I ordered Chill Padi Confinement food for myself. The food was delicious and for varieties wise, it was great. I was given a free tin of lactation cookies (home made cookies by them) to try and it was simply amazing. Food were packed in tiffin containers. Soup and the red date longan tea were kept pipping hot in thermos flasks. Due to some unforeseeable circumstances, I have to email them to postpone my delivery as I will not be at home to receive the deliveries. I contacted my point of contact person Aaron and he assisted me with whichever ways he could. He even reassured me it is alright and he was very prompt with our emails correspondence. I am both appreciative and grateful for his kind understanding. I strongly recommend Chilli Padi Confinement catering to any mommies to be. Fresh food, great varieties, commendable before and after sales service, reasonable price. What is not to like? Also, I can’t wait to place the buffet catering for my baby’s full month celebration and our events in the near future!! Thank you 😊!

Punctuality of the catering service is very crucial to me. Heard so much of they good food, hence I tried my first order with them. You can't believe that the food supposed to reach me at 2.30pm, but I waiting till 3.45pm, the food still did not arrive. Tried calling the office, no one picked up the call. Worst of all, the guy called at 3.48pm and asked me why he couldn't find my unit when he actually went to the wrong floor. This is very unacceptable.
