About Choz Gourmet Catering
Choz Gourmet Catering is an islandwide event catering provider based at 1 Enterprise Road, Singapore. It is verified by KakiList and holds a 4.3/5 rating across 244 Google reviews — a robust sample that points to consistent service delivery. Pricing is structured on a per-pax basis, typical of the buffet and event catering market in Singapore.
Enquiries begin with confirming your pax count and minimum order threshold — standard buffets typically require 30–50 guests, while mini-buffets may accommodate smaller groups of 8–15. Share your dietary mix upfront: halal, vegetarian, no-pork-no-lard, no-beef, and gluten-free requirements all affect menu configuration and staffing. Ask about MUIS halal certification, menu tasting availability ahead of your booking date, delivery and setup windows, whether chafing dishes and warmers are included or billed separately, and whether a buffet attendant is provided on-site. Confirm the teardown timing, food-safety hold times for hot dishes, and the deposit and balance payment schedule before signing.
To get started, reach out to Choz Gourmet Catering by phone or via the enquiry form on their listing, with your event date, venue, estimated headcount, and dietary requirements ready.
Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence (and MUIS halal certificate where required), book a tasting before paying the deposit, and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
This was my 2nd time ordering from Gourmetz Singapore for their Crave XL. It really good for small gathering. We really love the foods and the portions given are enough for 7pax + 1 child. We love curry vegetable it goes super well with the rice. Overall the foods was excellent, we finished alsot all. Im really thankful for the fast responses and helps from their sale representative Charlene. Keep up the good work~Ordering and payment was made super easy. Their delivery service is next level, I choose 5.30~6pm time slot but the foods arrived at 5pm and was well packed in the boxes (Expect the curry veg is in a container) in the themo bag. (Untensil, table cloth, tong and scooper are been provided). Even when we start the buffet at around 6pm, the foods are stillI hot/warm. If you have small gathering (8~10pax) do try out their Crave XL, their mini buffets offered a diverse and well curated selection of dishes. Thank you for the good foods we enjoyed it. 😊
First time ordering. As recommended by friend that they are good. Indeed the good are delicious and the sales person Charlene is very patience and friendly to follow up with my orders promptly. The packaging also very pretty as you can see from the pic. Will recommend to other friends.
I order from many caterers and it was my first time trying out Gourmetz. It was a very good experience - the food was delicious, many good reviews from my friends 60+ pax and most of us were impressed with the tasty food and healthy type of cooking methods. Their customer service also greatly impressed on me, the driver / the man who did the set-up was friendly and warm, and the award winning customer service was from Abiraamy. She was the one who took my order, prompt in her response, and very good in her follow-ups. I understand she is quite a new staff but she is such a gem in the company! She took my call even on a weekend (bcos I wanted to check what time the driver was going to come back to collect the set-up), and has always displayed patience and sincere sales attitude. It is because of such lovely service which makes the experience even better, esp since the food did not disappoint too. I will gladly recommend everyone to try Gourmetz. 🥰🙏🏻

Choz Gourmet Catering prices on a per-pax basis, in line with the Singapore event catering market. Standard buffets typically run S$15–25/pax with a minimum of around 30–50 guests; premium buffets sit at S$25–40/pax; mini-buffets for smaller groups are S$18–30/pax with a minimum of 8–15 guests; and live-station formats can reach S$30–60/pax. Wedding banquet sit-down arrangements at hotels or restaurants are generally priced per table of 10. Confirm what is included in the quoted rate — delivery and setup fee for non-central addresses, equipment such as chafing dishes and warmers (sometimes bundled, sometimes billed separately), a buffet attendant on-site (typically S$80–150 per attendant), waste collection, and GST. Put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery window, and balance schedule in writing before paying any deposit. See the full catering cost guide for Singapore →
Before booking, confirm whether Choz Gourmet Catering holds a MUIS halal certificate — this is separate from a general "halal-friendly" or "no pork no lard" declaration, and Muslim guests who require strict halal will need to see a valid MUIS certificate number and expiry date on the documentation or packaging. Contact the provider directly to verify current certification status, as it is not listed in available public records. Also confirm the availability of vegetarian (lacto-ovo vs vegan), no-beef (for Hindu guests), gluten-free, and nut-free options. For events with a mixed dietary profile, ask about cross-contamination protocols between halal and non-halal stations. Most caterers at this price point offer a menu tasting session for orders above a minimum value — request one before committing to a deposit, as dietary execution is easier to assess in person than on a menu sheet.
Legitimate caterers operating in Singapore hold an SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence with a hygiene grade — A is highest, then B, C, and D. No regulatory licences are currently listed in Choz Gourmet Catering's public profile; ask the provider directly for their SFA licence number and hygiene grade before booking, and confirm whether a MUIS halal certificate is in place if your event requires it. For food safety, cooked hot dishes should be served within a roughly 2–3 hour cooked-to-served window, with hot-hold maintained above 60°C and cold items kept below 5°C per SFA guidelines. Confirm the setup arrival time, buffet replenishment protocol, and the provider's policy on safe handling of leftovers. Confirm the SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence and, where required, the MUIS halal certificate; book a tasting before paying the deposit; and put the per-pax rate, minimum headcount, dietary mix, delivery and setup window, and balance schedule in writing.
