I have visited the clinic with my parent for more than 10 years. The doctor and nurses have been very caring towards patient. The doctor has also shown his understanding towards patient's care giver and is willing to extend his help. This wellness centre is as professional as any other private clinic. Thumbs up!👍

Doctors are either incompetent and lack intellectual capacity to understand quantum physical concepts, metaphysics and philosophy, or are evil and deliberately misdiagnose patients. Tan Jian Hong and Tommy Chan Chun Ting in particular should not be qualified to be mental health doctors, as they poison rather than help patients.

I had a cold the previous night and took a cold tablet and still rushed down for my appointment in a drowsy state the follwing day ON TIME, only to discover Dr Raja refused to see me and left without offering any valid explanation. He didn’t care I had to struggle to get there due to my cold. So, an appt was set the next day which I went. The moment I went in, he rudelysaid I only 10 mins to talk?!? As if I was on a verbal gag order! the I apologise but there’s a lot to complain about the horrible Dr Raja’s conduct. The good doctor isn’t qualified to make such hurtful demeaning statements to me like ‘I can’t even take of myself’?!? and “You are mad.”. If that’s the case, how did I survive so long living alone without any friends or help? Anyone else would have perished going through the tough conditions I have. How did I pull through the COVID-19 pandemic period without a hitch? Shouldn’t all doctors care bout the patients there? I felt terribly discriminated by my own doctor who was supposed to help me. Is Doctor Raja living with me? I’m sorry, but he shouldn’t make such statements when he doesn’t even understand what is really going on. If I can’t “take care of myself”, I wouldn’t even be standing right now. I feel Dr Raja has lost touch with reality and the plight of his patients. He kept asking me to go for job training. As mentioned, I refused as I am over-qualified with academic credentials. Secondly, the SSO money I have is barely sufficient to ensure my Diabetic Survival let alone travel much. I told Dr Raja that the only way for me to move on and and more than survive is to move to my new flat. I have plans to take care of my mum at my new place. He was aware of this before, yet when I seeked his help to write a medical report to help my Mum’s deputyship case, he immediately sang a different tune! He didn’t even allow me to explain to him the type of ‘Deputyship’ I was referring to. Right now, the main difficulty I have is NOT my lack of sanity or capability. But rather the lack of resources like cash. That will no longer be a problem once I move to my new place. Just because I had to miss several appointments due to my spoilt HP (No Fault of my own), Dr Raja threw a senseless tantrum at me. If he doesn’t wanna help with the medical report, it’s fine with me. But there was no need to display such disgraceful antics to me! From what I have experienced, Dr Raja was condescending, bias, very uncouth and discriminating towards me I have the right to see a different doctor and I intend to request it. I’m appalled there are such doctors around in a mental health care hospital.

Many people want first priority. Nurses are too stressed as I saw the crowd and seen them panicking. Nevertheless the patients were all coping well and doctors doing their part.
